【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一次側流路と二次側流路との間に弁体を有
し、該弁体の変位によつて前記一次側流路から前
記二次側流路に作用される流体圧が調整され、リ
リーフ作用を有する直動形の減圧弁であつて、ダ
イヤフラムシートと一体に構成され、前記二次側
流路における流体圧の変動に応じて発生されるダ
イヤフラムの変位を前記弁体に伝達するステムと
該弁体との当接部がリリーフバルブを成し、該ス
テム内にリリーフポートが形成され、ダイヤフラ
ム室と前記二次側流路とを連通するパイロツト孔
の断面積が前記リリーフポートの断面積よりも小
にされてなることを特徴とする減圧弁。 (2) 前記弁体と該弁体が摺動される案内部とで
構成される流体バランス室が十分大きな透孔によ
り前記二次側流路に連通されてなり、該弁体に摺
動部を設けたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第1項記載の減圧弁。 (3) 前記ダイヤフラムにおける前記ステムの貫
通部が該ステム外径よりも小さく形成され、前記
ダイヤフラムの前記貫通部に形成されたビードが
前記ダイヤフラムシートに嵌合されるように構成
されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
