由流れを得るようにポペツト弁体を弁孔へ弁座よ
り負荷流路開口個所側に軸方向摺動自在に嵌挿し
て設け、パイロツト流体圧力に基づく作用力を受
けて軸方向摺動しポペツト弁体をポヘツト弁体背
部に作用する負荷流路からの流体圧力に基づく作
用力に抗し押圧して弁座から離座させ負荷流路か
ら給排流路へ流通する制御流れを得るようポヘツ
ト弁体頭部に当接自在の突出部を有したパイロツ
トピストンを弁孔へ弁座より給排流路開口個所側
に軸方向摺動自在に嵌挿して設け、ポペツト弁体
へ軸方向に貫設の嵌挿孔にパイロツトピストンの
突出部と対向して流量調整部材を軸方向進退自在
に嵌挿して設け、パイロツトピストンの突出部に
より頭部を押圧されて弁座から離座するポペツト
弁体の軸方向開口量を調整するようにパイロツト
ピストンの突出部を流量調整部材と当接自在に設
けて成るパイロツト操作逆止め弁。
