と高圧室側とに連通する圧力作動室と、該圧力作
動室内に該圧力作動室内を前記低圧室側に連通さ
れる第1の室と前記高圧室側に連通される第2の
室とに区画するようにスライド可能に嵌装された
受圧部を有すると共に前記バイパスポートの開き
角を制御する制御部材と、該制御部材に取り付け
られ前記第1の室と第2の室との間及び低圧室側
とベーン背圧側との間をシールする一体成形され
たシール部材と、前記第2の室と低圧室側とを連
通する連通路と、該連通路に配設されて前記低圧
室側圧力が所定値以上の時、前記連通路を閉塞し
且つ前記低圧室側圧力が所定値以下の時、前記連
通路を開口する開閉弁機構とを具備し、前記第1
の室と第2の室との差圧に応じて前記制御部材が
回動して前記バイパスポートの開き角を制御する
ことにより圧縮開始時期を制御して吐出容量を可
