Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the construction work of a temporary levee to be performed in a short time by lessening man power required for the construction work and also eliminating dangerousness of the construction work by using a bag packed with a gelled water-absorptive resin. CONSTITUTION:In changing water into a water-impervious sheet bag 2 filled with a water-absorptive resin grain 5 with bridged structure, a water charging port 6 provided in the side of the bag 2 is opened and water is charged into the bag 2, where the resin grain 5 is swelled into a gel form by absorption of water and the bag 2 is expanded into a cylindrical form. The bags 2 are continuously stacked up in the longitudinal direction to form a temporary levee. The temporary levee has good setting stability because the gelled water-swelled resin in the bag 2 has little fluidity, and can also have corresponding resistance to water pressure by its own weight load.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Application Field This invention relates to a temporary levee body, more specifically, a temporary levee body used for raising the height of a dam during abnormally high water levels. Measures to raise the height of the dam or repair damaged areas of the dam include: ■ Pile up sand bags or earth on the top of the dam or fill the damaged area; or ■ Driving a large number of piles into the dam in the longitudinal direction of the dam. Measures were taken such as applying a waterproof membrane to the water.

However, using sandbags or earthenware is inefficient and dangerous because it is difficult to secure large amounts of soil during flood disasters, is difficult to mechanize, requires a lot of manpower, and has limits on bag size and weight. It requires a lot of work. In addition, the method of spreading the waterproof membrane is often inefficient and highly dangerous, and has drawbacks such as slow construction speed.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a cylindrical bag 2 filled with a gel-like water-absorbing resin that has absorbed water is placed on the upper surface of a dam 1.
The temporary embankment body 3 is formed by arranging and stacking two bags in parallel in the lower layer.

The bag body 2 is made of a water-impermeable sheet 4 as shown in Fig. 2, and when expanded, it has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 1 m and a length of 5 m. 7 Kp of resin particles 5 are enclosed. Approximately 3.5 m8 of water is injected into this bag body 2. Water injection is performed by opening a water injection port 6 provided on the side surface of the bag body 2. The water-absorbing resin particles 5 absorb water, become gel-like, and swell, thereby expanding the bag 2 into a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. The temporary levee body 3 shown in FIG. 1 is constructed by stacking the bags 2 continuously in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the dam 1.

The temporary embankment constructed in this way has good installation stability because the gel-like water-absorbing resin filled inside the bag and swollen upon absorption of water has almost no fluidity.

Considerable water pressure resistance can be applied to the temporary embankment body by its own weight load. For example, the temporary embankment body shown in FIG. 1 can withstand an overflow water level (h) of 20 to 30 degrees. Note that if stakes or the like are driven to lock the bag body 2, installation stability is further improved and high water pressure resistance can be provided.

The temporary embankment body 3 of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is a bag body 2 made of a water-permeable material such as a fabric in which water-absorbing resin particles are pre-filled.
' are stacked in three stages on the top surface of the dam 1, water is sprinkled from the top and absorbed by the water-absorbing resin, and the swollen gel-like water-absorbing resin is filled into the bag body 2'. This embankment body also performs the function of raising the height of the embankment similarly to the aforementioned embankment body.

Water-absorbing resins are formed by crosslinking or hydrogen bonding water-soluble polymers such as acrylic acid, sodium acrylate, and acrylic amide into an insoluble network structure, and the inside of this network structure contains water several hundred times or more than 1000 times its own weight. Use something that can confine. In addition, the water-absorbing resin must be one that absorbs water, becomes a swollen gel, and loses fluidity or has low fluidity.

The bag is made of a water-impermeable material such as a water-impermeable sheet, and water is injected with a pump or the like to cause the water-absorbing resin sealed inside to swell and gel. Alternatively, use water-permeable materials such as textiles to sprinkle water, or rainwater.

It may also be swollen and gelled with permeated water such as river water. Of course, in this case, the water-permeable material used for the bag body allows water to permeate through it, but it must have a dense structure that prevents the water-absorbing resin particles, powder, or swollen gelled material sealed inside from leaching out. In addition, in order to prevent the water-absorbing resin sealed inside from absorbing water and swelling during storage, the bag containing the water-absorbing resin must be airtightly packaged. When using a bag made of water-impermeable material, the water-absorbing resin sealed inside can be kept airtight, but it is necessary to provide a water inlet for injecting water.

Function: This temporary levee body has the above structure. This embankment is made by stockpiling bags filled with water-absorbing resin in advance, and placing them, for example, on the top surface of the embankment to be raised when the need arises.
This bag can be formed by injecting river water or allowing rainwater or river water to permeate the bag.

Therefore, materials are easily available, work can be mechanized using pumps, etc., work efficiency and construction speed are excellent, and there is little danger. In addition, the lightweight bag is placed in the desired position in a dry state, and the heavy bag and the dike body are formed on site, so a large bag can be used as a structural unit, and the dike body can be Water pressure resistance and work efficiency can be further improved.

In addition, this temporary embankment, whose structural unit is a bag filled with a gel-like water-absorbing resin that has absorbed water, has almost no fluidity in the water-absorbing resin inside the bag, so a large bag is used. Alternatively, the bags can be stacked in multiple tiers and loaded with their own weight to increase installation stability and provide high water pressure resistance.
