[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an automatic banknote processing device such as a deposit/withdrawal device or a dispensing device that automatically performs deposit/withdrawal processing or withdrawal processing of banknotes according to operations by a customer. In particular, the present invention relates to an automatic banknote processing device that is capable of quickly dispensing more than the normal limit amount within the withdrawal limit amount for one transaction of the device.

In financial institutions such as banks, automated machines are widely used to perform deposits and withdrawals through customer operations, in order to simplify the work of staff and improve customer service. Automatic bill processing devices such as a deposit/withdrawal device and a dispensing device are incorporated into the automatic machine in order to perform cash processing.

Normally, this type of automatic banknote processing device limits the total amount and number of banknotes that can be withdrawn in one transaction, and performs transactions within the withdrawal limit, thereby allowing efficient use of funds and miniaturization of the device. Therefore, if a customer wishes to withdraw more than the withdrawal limit, the customer will be guided to specify the desired amount within the withdrawal limit, and the withdrawal will be processed within the device and specified. After paying the amount of banknotes to the customer, the customer is asked to specify the overpayment request amount again and the withdrawal process is performed, thereby making the payment to the customer.

ところが、従来の5紙幣自動処理装置では、上述した出

However, in the conventional 5-bill banknote automatic processing device, it is necessary to make two payments in addition to the above-mentioned transaction in which the amount exceeds the withdrawal limit, and also in transactions in which the number of bills exceeds the limit.

For example, the withdrawal limit is 1 million yen and the limit is 100 coins.
With a device with a limit of 100 coins, the limit is 100 coins, but if a customer withdraws 909,000 yen, or 10,000 yen
If you specify 900,000 for banknotes and 90,000 for 7,000 yen banknotes, the total amount will be 990,000 yen, so it will not reach the limit, but the total number of bills will be 90 + 90, which is 180, and the limit will be exceeded. I will do it.

Therefore, in such cases, we display a message to the customer saying, "We cannot handle the transaction with the specified amount. Please respecify the amount within the limit." to induce the customer to respecify the transaction. ing.

In other words, in the first transaction, the total number t” is 100 or less,
For example, a withdrawal is made by specifying 901,000 yen (total of 100 coins), and a second withdrawal is made by specifying an overage amount of 80,000 yen.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention 3] As explained above, in the conventional single banknote automatic processing device, the withdrawal amount desired by the customer is within the withdrawal limit amount that is limited to one transaction of the device. Nevertheless, if the total number of cards exceeds the limit, the customer must perform at least two transactions, and the customer must insert the card,
Transaction operations such as entering a personal identification number, specifying the amount and number of coins, etc. are forced, which leads to a problem in that the service to the customer deteriorates and the transaction time becomes longer.

The present invention was made in order to solve these problems, and an object of the present invention is to realize an automatic banknote processing apparatus that can improve customer service and shorten transaction time.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention comprises a deposit/withdrawal section for depositing and withdrawing banknotes from customers; In an automatic banknote processing device that includes a banknote discriminating unit that discriminates the denomination, etc. of the banknotes, and a conveyance path that conveys the banknotes between the two, the banknotes are fed out from the banknote storage unit and are checked by the banknote validation unit. The bank is equipped with a stacking section that temporarily stacks the banknotes that have been identified.

The present invention having the above configuration determines whether or not the withdrawal exceeds the normal limit number of coins within the withdrawal limit amount for one transaction at the time of a withdrawal transaction, and in the case of a withdrawal exceeding the normal limit number of coins. ,
The number of sheets is divided so that it is within the limit number of sheets. Then, the banknotes are collected in the temporary stacking section for each divided number of bills and sent to the dispensing section, thereby making multiple withdrawals to the customer.

Therefore, it is now possible for customers to pay as many bills as they wish within the withdrawal limit in a single transaction, eliminating the need to force VCC guests to perform transaction operations more than once as in the past. This eliminates the need for customer service, thereby improving customer service and shortening transaction times.

Above, we have explained the withdrawal process in Honjitsu Zetsubaku.
Since the deposit processing is carried out in the same manner as in the past, only the flow of banknotes will be briefly explained here.

Then, in this banknote discrimination section 5, authenticity discrimination, denomination discrimination, fitness discrimination, etc. are carried out, and as a result, the banknotes which are judged to be genuine and genuine bills that can be reused for withdrawal are transferred to the conveyance path. The storage means 11 and 12 are fed into the 1000-bond safe 6 and the 1000-bond safe T.
If both the safes 6 and 7 are full and there is an overflow, the money is stored in the safe 8 by the storage means 13.

In addition, although the above-mentioned embodiment was explained using a deposit/withdrawal device as an example, the present invention is not limited to n and n, and even if a dispensing device VC that only performs withdrawals is applied, similar withdrawal processing can be performed. I can do it.

Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, two temporary accumulation sections A and B are provided to perform all withdrawal processing, but only one of A and B may be provided as the temporary accumulation section. In this case, while the customer receives the banknotes that were first conveyed from the temporary stacking unit to the deposit/withdrawal unit, the remaining banknotes can be counted and stacked in the temporary stacking unit. Withdrawals can be processed in the same way, although it takes a little longer than when setting up or using a service.

In addition, although Tomomi Zetsubaku is described above as a device that handles 1,000 yen bills and 10,000 yen bills, it is also possible to perform withdrawal processing including egg yen bills, and in this case, the bulk safe can be used to handle egg yen bills. It is sufficient to use it as n.

Furthermore, in the above-mentioned embodiment, a new payment is made starting with a low-denomination banknote (1,000 yen banknote), and a message ``I will pay you again.'' is displayed, thus ensuring that the customer receives the payment. Although it is advantageous to provide a sense of security, it is also possible to make payments using high-value banknotes.

As explained above, the present invention provides a temporary stacking section for temporarily stacking banknotes that are fed out from the bill storage section for each denomination that stores the bills to be withdrawn and passed through the bill validating section. At this time, it is determined whether the withdrawal exceeds the normal limit within the withdrawal limit for one transaction of the device, and if the withdrawal exceeds the normal limit, the number is adjusted to be within the limit. By dividing the banknotes and stacking them in a temporary stacking section for each divided number of bills and sending them to the depositing and dispensing section or the dispensing section, the banknotes can be withdrawn multiple times to the customer.

そのため、出金限度金額内であnば1回の取引で顧客が

Therefore, it becomes possible for the customer to pay the desired number of banknotes in a single transaction within the withdrawal limit, and the customer is no longer forced to perform transaction operations more than once as in the past. This has the effect of being able to improve services for customers and shorten transaction times, and it can also be expected to improve transaction efficiency.
