御極を有する第1の半導体スイツチング素子、こ
の第1の半導体スイツチング素子の出力端と前記
発電コイルの他端との間に接続されたストツプス
イツチ、前記第1の半導体スイツチング素子の制
御極と前記発電コイルの他端との間に接続され該
第1の半導体スイツチング素子の制御極に印加さ
れる電圧を定電圧化する第1の定電圧手段、前記
第1の半導体スイツチング素子の出力端に接続さ
れ、入力端、出力端および制御極を有する第2の
半導体スイツチング素子、この第2の半導体スイ
ツチング素子の出力端と前記発電コイルの他端と
の間に接続され、該第2の半導体スイツチング素
子の出力端に印加される電圧を定電圧化する第2
の定電圧手段、前記第2の半導体スイツチング素
子を介して充電されると共に前記発電コイルの一
端より抵抗を介して充電されるコンデンサ、この
コンデンサの充電電荷を電源として動作し、機関
の点火時期に点火信号を発生させる信号コイルの
出力信号に基づいて前記点火回路の制御を行う点
火制御回路、前記発電コイルの発電出力を検出し
、この出力により前記第2の半導体スイツチング
素子の制御極を制御する電圧検出回路を備えてな
る機関の点火装置。 (2) 第1の定電圧手段は点火制御回路の動作不
良または誤動作を生じない最低電圧より高い電圧
に設定することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の機関の点火装置。 (3) コンデンサの充電電圧は機関の高回転時に
点火制御回路の電源耐圧より低く、かつ点火制御
回路の動作不良または誤動作を生じない最低電圧
より高く設定されていることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の機
関の点火装置。 (4) 第2の定電圧手段により設定される電圧は
第1の定電圧手段により設定される電圧よりも低
く設定されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記載
の機関の点火装置。 (5) 第2の半導体スイツチング素子はサイリス
タであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれかに記載の機関の
点火装置。 (6) 第2の半導体スイツチング素子はトランジ
スタであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれかに記載の機関
の点火装置。 (7) 第2の半導体スイツチング素子の耐圧は第
1の半導体スイツチング素子の耐圧より低いこと
