とこの伝熱管の外側を流通する排気とを熱交換さ
せる熱交換器を設け、この熱交換器を囲んで設け
た外気の流通自在なダクトの風上側開口部に放熱
器とこの放熱器のコア部に送風する為のフアンと
を設け、上記伝熱管の入口側端部と放熱器の出口
側端部とを給水管で、伝熱管の出口側端部と放熱
器の入口側端部とを排水管で、それぞれ連通し、
上記給水管と排水管との一方に送水ポンプを設け
