オイルとエンジン排気ガスとがチユーブ又は金属
壁を介して互いに分離して流通する第一補助コア
2及び前記空気流と前記耐熱オイルとがチユーブ
又は金属壁を介して互いに分離して流通する第二
補助コア3と、両補助コア2,3の夫々のオイル
流通路どうしを連通するオイル循環路4と、を具
備し、エンジン始動時の暖房の際に前記排気ガス
により前記両補助コア2,3を介して前記空気流
