In the conventional example configured in this way, when the burner 6 is combusted, the combustion gas passes through the combustion tube 5 by the motor fan 6b inside the burner and is discharged to the exhaust pipe 7. As it passes, the water inside the can body 2 is heated through the wall of the combustion tube 5.

However, if an ignition failure occurs at the start of combustion and a large amount of fuel (for example, vaporized gas of liquid fuel or atomized particulates) fills the combustion tube 5 and then ignites, a so-called ignition delay occurs. The fuel suddenly burns and explodes and ignites, and its thermal expansion causes the pressure inside the combustion tube 5 to rise abnormally. At this time, the exhaust pipe 7, which has a large exhaust resistance, cannot handle the process at once, and the opening edge flange 5a of the combustion tube 5, the cover plate 20, etc. may be deformed, and a loud explosion noise may be generated, causing a sense of anxiety to the user. Along with giving
There was a drawback that combustion sometimes continued in an abnormal state with the cover plate 20 etc. remaining deformed. On the other hand, if we increase the diameter of the exhaust pipe to reduce exhaust resistance in order to make it easier for the pressure to escape during an explosion, a lot of heat will escape together with the combustion gas during normal combustion, and a draft effect will occur when combustion stops. As a result, cold air passes through the combustion tube 5 and is discharged from the exhaust pipe 7, resulting in a drawback that the temperature of the water inside the can body 2 drops quickly.

In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional example, the present invention provides movable support for the opening edge flange of the combustion tube and the cover plate so that when the pressure inside the combustion tube increases abnormally, the pressure causes the opening edge flange of the combustion tube and the cover plate to open. The present invention also provides a hot water boiler in which deformation of a cover plate, etc. is prevented by releasing combustion gas during an explosion to the outside of the combustion cylinder. Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 shows one embodiment of the present invention.
The cover plate 20 is held on the opening edge flange 5a via a gasket 23 by a screw 22 having a presser spring 21. Note that the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 indicate the same elements, and 25 is an anti-seismic automatic fire extinguishing system.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the main part, and the screw 22 has a cylindrical part 22a, and the dimension l after tightening is made constant. Using this screw 22, attach the gasket 23, cover plate 20, spring seats 24a, 24
b. Tighten and fix the spring 21 to the opening edge flange 5a. After tightening, the spring 21 is compressed, and its stress presses the cover plate 20, and the gasket 23 closes the space between the cover plate 20 and the opening edge flange 5a.

In this embodiment configured in this way, when explosive ignition occurs, the internal pressure of the combustion tube 5 increases abnormally, and when the force exceeds the pressing force of the spring 21, the spring 21 is further compressed. The spring seat 24a, the cover plate 20, and the packing 23 are the cylindrical part 22a of the screw 22.
Since the opening edge flange 5a moves as a guide, and the gap between the opening edge flange 5a and the opening edge flange 5a opens, combustion gas is released to the outside of the combustion tube 5 through this gap, and deformation and damage to the cover plate 20, the opening edge flange 5a, etc. can be prevented. . Note that when the cover plate 20 moves, the vibration causes the anti-seismic automatic fire extinguishing device 25 attached to the cover plate 20 to operate, thereby stopping combustion. Further, when an explosion occurs, a loud explosion sound is made, but in this embodiment, the expanded gas is released and pressure rise is prevented, so that the explosion sound can be prevented.

As explained above, according to the present invention, which movably holds the lid of the burner and also uses the lid as a mounting plate for an anti-seismic automatic fire extinguishing system, when an abnormality such as an explosion ignition occurs, the lid, flange, and burner It is possible to prevent damage such as
Since combustion can be stopped by an anti-seismic automatic fire extinguishing system, it is possible to prevent abnormal temperature rises and fires due to continued combustion under abnormal conditions, improving safety. Moreover, it has extremely great practical value, such as being able to eliminate the user's anxiety caused by explosion sounds.
