発時の圧力が逃げ易くするために、排気パイプの
径を大きくして排気抵抗を小さくすると、正常の
燃焼時に燃焼ガスとともに多くの熱が逃げてしま
い、また燃焼停止時にはドラフト作用により冷気
が燃焼筒5内を通り、排気パイプ7から排出され
るので、缶体2内の湯温が早く下がるという欠点
