【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は温水ボイラーの改良に関するもので、即ちこ
の種のサイレンサーを備えたボイラーに於いては、燃焼
初期及び逆風を受けた場合にボイラー自体が震動を発生
するいわゆる震動燃焼状態となる、この原因としては燃
焼室内に異常な高圧が急激に負荷され排気口よりの排気

数個のワッシャー6−を介在させ一方外周縁7が熱交換
器2上端より鞘高い位置に配置されるよう段部と成して
熱交換器2の上端との間に異常圧力排出部8を形成する
と共に内周縁9を立上がらせて排気口10と成し更に外
周縁7の段部近傍に複数個の貫通穴11・・・を穿ちて
成る上面板12を前記ワッシャー6・・・上に重合させ
支持板3との間に隙間13を形成し乍ら止ビス14にて
それぞれ一体固定し燃焼室15を形成する、前記上面板
12の排気口10の下方周囲には管状のガラスウール等
の吸音材16の内外全周をパンチング体17で囲繞させ
て構成されたサイレンサー18を取付けると共に該サイ
レンサー18の上部を除いた全外方に一定間隔の蛇行路
19を形成し乍ら凹状の邪魔板20を取付は排気熱カ直
ちに排気口10に至ることを阻止している、又前記異常
圧力排出部8はサイレンサー18の外方の上面板12に
多数の穴を穿ちた形でも良いことはもちろんである、2

通し異常高圧排出部8より緩衝部材21に勢い良く排出
され、これを緩衝部材21が緩衝作用と吸音作用で吸収
し圧力の一部は弱められると共に消音し乍ら排気筒27
方向に蛇行して進入し、且つ上蓋22の内周穴28より
外部に排出される、これによって燃焼室15内には異常
な圧力が負荷されずボイラ一本体1に震動を発生させる
いわゆる震動燃焼は阻止され燃焼初期から安定燃焼され

の緩衝部材21を備え異常圧力を排気筒27にて貫通さ
れた上蓋22の内周穴28より蛇行して排出するもので
あり、燃焼初期及び逆風時燃焼室に負荷される異常な圧
力は排出され従ってボイラ一本体が震動する震動燃焼は
解消されるものである、これによって初期燃焼及び逆風
時にも安定燃焼され燃焼の出力が変動することもない、
又異常圧力を蛇行させる事と緩衝部材を設けたことによ
り燃焼音を更に消音させられより効果的である、又この
事によって異常圧力は熱気を伴って勢い良く外部に排出
されることを防止され火災及び火傷する等の危険も全く
なく安全である、しかも異常圧力排出部はボイラ一本体
の組立工程で形成され且つ燃焼室を構成する上部を利用
しているので特別部材を取付ける必要もなく安価となる
、又緩衝部材は耐熱性であり排気熱を断熱し上蓋又は外
