Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. パン材料を材料容器内に入れ、その材料をこね
    るパン用こね器に於て、その材料容器内に回転軸
    が挿入され、その回転軸に回転ヘラが取付けられ
    、その回転ヘラの一翼と対称に高さを段違に位置
    して設けられたローラー又は半円弧状のヘラを夫
    々特設してこねとパン生地発酵後のガス抜きをす
    る手段が上記材料容器内で行われる事を特徴とす
    るねり、ガス抜き兼用のねり器の回転ヘラ。
