Claims (1)
- パン材料を材料容器内に入れ、その材料をこね
るパン用こね器に於て、その材料容器内に回転軸
が挿入され、その回転軸に回転ヘラ或は回転ロー
ラーヘラが取付けられ、その回転ヘラの回転円と
近接して回転棒が材料容器内に設けられ、その回
転棒と回転ヘラ或は回転ローラーへヘラとで、こ
ねとパン生地発酵後のガス抜きを行わしめる手段
が上記材料容器内で行われる事を特徴とするねり
、ガス抜きを共にする製パン用ねり器。
