法が施工されている。 Recently, when excavating trenches for burying water, sewage, gas, etc. pipes, telegraph and telephone cables, power transmission lines, etc., in order to prevent landslides on the inner walls of the trench,
As shown in Fig. 1, on the inner wall of the partially excavated trench 1,
Two pillars 4 with guide grooves 2 on both left and right sides and whose opposing front faces are connected by support jacks 3 are installed, and then retaining plates 5 are installed in the guide grooves 2 on one side of the opposing pillars 4. Insert one end of the and press it into the soil.
Next, the guide groove 2 on the other side of the next two columns 4 connected to the other side end of the retaining plate 5 with the support jack 3
An earth retaining method is used in which the earth retaining structure 6 is assembled by fitting the pillars 4 and erecting the pillars 4, and then sequentially assembling and connecting the earth retaining structures 6 in accordance with the above-mentioned procedure as trenches are excavated in the longitudinal direction.

There were times when it tilted or sank.

できず甚だ作業性が悪いものである。 Therefore, if there is a lot of earth and sand going around to the end of the earth retaining structure 6, it is recommended to install a gable stop 7 on the end face of the earth retaining structure 6 as shown in Fig. 2 to prevent the earth and sand from going around. However, when excavating the earth and sand at the bottom of the earth retaining structure 6 with a backhoe to make the excavation trench 1 to a predetermined depth, the stopper 7 obstructs the backhoe operator's view of the work, so the backhoe is moved to the support 4, The earth retaining plate 5 and the end stop 7 may be damaged by collision, and the depth of the excavated groove 1 within the earth retaining structure 6 cannot be visually confirmed, resulting in extremely poor workability.

留工法を提供せんとするものである。 The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it provides a substantially fan-shaped earth retaining plate 2 without using a stopper.
The retaining plate is placed on the back of the support at the end of the earth retaining structure, and the earth retaining plate is tilted or pushed in accordance with the slope where the earth and sand flows and the excavation depth, and the earth and sand go around the end of the earth retaining structure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an earth retaining method for an excavated trench that prevents this.

を繰返して掘削溝1に土留工法を施工する。 The earth retaining method of the present invention will be explained below with reference to figures. As shown in Fig. 3a, a trench 1' that has been pre-dug shallowly (0.5 to 1 m) has guide grooves 2 on both left and right sides on the inner wall thereof, and they face each other. Two pillars 4 are built whose front faces are connected by a support jack 3, and one end of a retaining plate 5 is fitted into a guide groove 2 on one side of the pillars 4 facing each other. Then, as shown in FIG. 3b, the guide groove 2 on the other side of the next opposite column 4 connected by the support jack 3 is fitted to the other end of the earth retaining plate 5 to assemble the earth retaining structure 6. . Next, the earth retaining structure 6
A substantially fan-shaped earth retaining board 8 is disposed on the backs of the pillars 4 facing each other at the wives of the pillars 4. As shown in FIG. 4, this approximately fan-shaped earth retaining board 8 has a taper 9 on the lower part and the V-shaped edges on both left and right sides, and has a blade 10 on the inside of the groove.
It is easy to push into the soil, and in the center of the upper part there is a pin hole 1 with a protrusion 12 for inserting and locking a pull-out pin 11.
3, and a horizontal hole 14 for removing mud is provided at the bottom of the pin hole 13. Next, as shown in Fig. 3c, while excavating the pre-dug trench 1', the earth retaining plate 5 and the pillar 4 are pushed down with a backhoe, and the earth retaining plate 8, which is approximately fan-shaped, is pushed down with a backhoe and the soil at the bottom of the trench 1' is removed. Tilt along the excavation slope. Thus, as the groove 1' becomes deeper, even if the earth and sand outside the retaining plate 8 tries to flow into the end of the retaining structure 6, it is stopped by the retaining plate 8. Once the trench has been excavated to a predetermined depth and the earth retaining structure 6 has been set by pushing down the earth retaining plates 5 and columns 4 as shown in Figure 3 d, a shallow trench is again placed in front of the excavated groove 1 as shown in Figure 3 e. After digging, the earth retaining plate 5 and the pillar 4 are placed on the inner wall of the groove 1' as shown in FIG. Arrange it on the back of the next pillar 4 as shown in the figure. Thereafter, the above-mentioned process is repeated to construct the earth retaining method in the excavated trench 1.

良い。 Note that the approximately fan-shaped earth retaining plate used in the earth retaining method of the present invention is not limited to that of the above-described embodiment; for example, as shown in FIG. It may be replaced with a simple retaining plate 16 made of a metal plate, a wooden plate, etc., to which a fitting 15 for hooking in and pulling out is attached. This simple earth retaining plate 16 is preferably used in the earth retaining method for relatively small excavated trenches, and the earth retaining plate 8 of FIG. 4 is preferably used in the earth retaining method for relatively large excavated trenches.

ある。 In addition, it is better for the slopes at both ends of the approximately fan-shaped retaining plate to be gentle in order to prevent the flow of earth and sand, but if it is too loose, it will be difficult to push it into the earth and sand, and if the slope is steep, it will be easy to push it into the earth and sand. However, since a gap is created between the slope of the bottom of the trench excavated to a specified depth and the bottom of the pre-dug trench, and the earth and sand from outside the retaining plate flows in, it is preferable that the slope be approximately the same as the excavation slope of the earth and sand. An angle or a somewhat larger angle is convenient for construction.

したりすることがない。 As can be seen from the above explanation, the earth retaining method for excavated trenches of the present invention involves disposing a substantially fan-shaped earth retaining plate on the back of the pillar at the end of the earth retaining structure, and using this earth retaining plate at the bottom of the trench when extending the trench. Because the earth and sand are tilted or pushed in accordance with the slope of the flow and the excavation depth of the trench, there is no gap between the slope at the bottom of the trench being excavated and the approximately fan-shaped retaining plate. Even if the earth and sand on the outside of the fan-shaped retaining board tries to flow into the end of the retaining structure, it is stopped, and the houses and walls near the excavated trench do not tilt or sink.

深さを視認できるので、作業能率が向上する。 Furthermore, since there is no need to install end stops at the ends of the earth retaining structure as in the past, the operator's field of view is not obstructed when excavating earth and sand at the bottom of the earth retaining structure with a backhoe. Therefore, the boxhoe will not be damaged by colliding with pillars, retaining plates, gables, etc., and the depth of the excavated groove within the retaining structure can be visually confirmed, improving work efficiency.

工法。1. Install two pillars with guide grooves on both left and right sides and connect the facing fronts with support jacks on the inner wall of a shallow pre-dug trench, then install one side of the facing pillars. Assemble the earth retaining structure by fitting one end of the earth retaining plate into the guide groove, and fitting the guide groove on the other side of the next two columns connected with support jacks to the other end of the earth retaining plate, Next, a substantially fan-shaped earth retaining plate is placed on the back of the support at the end of the earth retaining structure, and then, while digging the pre-dug trench, the earth retaining plate and support are pushed down, and the approximately fan-shaped earth retaining plate is removed from the earth and sand at the bottom of the trench. After tilting and pushing down the excavation slope to the specified depth and setting the earth retaining structure, make a shallow preliminary excavation again in front of the excavated trench and place the earth retaining plates and supports as described above. . Then, the above-mentioned substantially fan-shaped earth retaining plate is removed and placed on the back of the next pillar, which is repeated.
