- 外面を湿土の土留め作用面とし、内面を室の壁
面とする地下コンクリート構造物の内部に入れる
鉄筋を、コンクリートの厚さ方向の中心より前記
内面の方向に片寄らせ、鉄筋と外面間の厚さを、
鉄筋と内面間の厚さより大きくしたことを特徴と
する鉄筋コンクリート。
