Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize a safe walk by arranging a parallel of latitude on the upper face as for one wire gauze of a scaffold wire gauze, arranging a circle of longitude on the upper face as to only a superposed part as for the other wire gauze, superposing them and coupling them by connecting fittings, and arranging all the parallels of latitude on the upper face except the superposed part so that a foot can be put easily. CONSTITUTION:A superposed part 3 of one pitch portion of a circle of longitude 1 is provided on the end edge of two pieces of wire gauzes A, B which are continued long in the direction of the circle of longitude 1 of a scaffold wire gauze. Also, the wire gauze A is combined in a shape of a lattice so that the circle of longitude 1 and a parallel of latitude 2 become the lower face and the upper face, respectively, and each crossing part is welded. As for the wire gauze B, only two pieces of circles of longitude 1' of its superposed part 3 are arranged on the upper face, and respectively. Subsequently, the circles of longitude 1, 1' of the wire gauzes 1, 1' are matched up and down, and both the wire gauzes A, B are coupled by rotating and moving forward connecting metallic fittings 4. Accordingly, as for both sides of the superposed part 3, all the parallels of latitude 2 appear on the upper face, therefore, a foot can be put easily.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, a wire mesh made of steel wires arranged in a lattice shape and welded at the intersections is passed over to a work site and a sheet or the like is stretched over it to use as a work scaffold.

As shown in Figure 5, conventional wire mesh is made by arranging latitude lines 2 at regular intervals on one side of longitude lines 1 arranged at regular intervals, and welding the intersections. If the width of the scaffold is wide, the edges An overlapping portion 3 is provided at the edge and connected by a spiral connecting fitting 4.

In this case, in order to prevent the overlapping part 3 from becoming thicker than the other parts, one wire mesh A is stacked with the other wire mesh B upside down, so that the thickness of the overlap part 3 is the same as three steel wires. It is normal to do so.

[Problem 3 to be solved by the invention: In order to make the thickness of the overlapping portion 3 as thin as possible, when one wire mesh A is turned upside down and the other wire mesh B is reversed as described above, the wire mesh A becomes parallel to the latitude line. 2 is on the top surface, but in the other wire mesh B, meridian 1 is on the top surface.

When using this kind of scaffold wire mesh on a flat scaffold, it is not as much of a problem as on the left, but when used on a sloped scaffold, the wire mesh B
Because meridian 1 is on the top surface, it is easy to slip along meridian 1 when walking on it, which is extremely dangerous and unsuitable as a foothold. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problem of easy slippage without changing the thickness of the overlapping portion.

In order to solve the above problems, this invention arranges the latitude lines on the top surface of one wire mesh, and arranges the meridians on the top surface only in the overlapping part of the other wire mesh, and arranges the latitude lines on the top surface in other parts. It is structured as follows.

As shown in FIG. 1, the scaffolding wire mesh of the embodiment of this invention is
An overlapping portion 3 corresponding to one pitch of the meridian 1 is provided at the edge of two wire meshes A and B that are long and continuous in the direction of the meridian 1.

On the other hand, in the case of full meshing, the parts are combined in a lattice shape so that the meridian 1 is on the bottom surface and the latitude line 2 is on the top surface, and the intersecting parts are welded and integrated.

Only the two meridians 1' in the overlapping part 3 are arranged on the upper surface, and in the parts other than the overlapping part 3, the meridians 1 are arranged on the lower surface and the latitude lines 2 are arranged on the upper surface.

If wire meshes A and B as described above are overlapped at the overlapping part 3, with their meridians 1.1' aligned vertically as shown in Figure 2, and their latitude lines 2 shifted by one length, the whole As a result, the thickness of three steel wires overlaps, and the thickness is the same as before.

In another embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the wire meshes A and B are stacked upside down than in the above case, and the meridian 1 of the wire mesh A and the meridian 1' of the wire mesh B are overlapped in parallel to the left and right in the overlapping portion 3. It is something that

Even in this case, the thickness of the overlapping portion 3 is three wires, and the latitude line 2 can be placed on the upper surface of both wire meshes A and B. In particular, in the overlapping part 3, in the case of Fig. 2, the meridian 1' is on the top surface, but in the case of Fig. 4, the latitude line 2 is on the top surface also in this part 3, so
Even more secure. However, the thickness of both nets A and B is equivalent to four nets. However, since each latitude line 2 is deflected, this thickness is actually equivalent to two lines.

As mentioned above, the welded wire mesh of the present invention not only has the same advantage as the conventional example in that the thickness of the overlapped part is the thickness of three steel wires, but also has the same advantage as the conventional example in that the thickness of the overlapped part is the same as that of three steel wires. Since this protrudes from the top surface, it is easy for the workers walking on this to rest their feet, which has the remarkable effect of allowing them to walk safely.
