2のフリーピストン、及び上記第1及び第2フリ
ーピストンを摺動自在に収蔵したシリンダを具え
、同シリンダの一端壁と第1又は第2フリーピス
トンとの間の圧力室に作動圧力流体が供給された
とき、第1又は第2フリーピストンが夫々上記中
間カラーに係合して、同中間カラーをシリンダの
他端壁に当接している他方のフリーピストンに当
接させることにより、上記ピストン軸が第1又は
第2の作動位置に保持され、又第1及び第2フリ
ーピストン間の中間圧力室に作動圧力流体が供給
されたとき、第1及び第2フリーピストンが夫々
