給してピストンを前後進させ、その停止位置にお
いてピストンロツドに作動力を生じさせる流体ア
クチユエータであつて、ピストンがシリンダ内に
設けた仕切壁と当接する停止位置にピストンの端
面部を通つて中心部へ流通する作動流体の流れを
阻止するシール部材を設けたことを特徴とする流
