を液密的かつ軸方向へ摺動可能に貫通し前記シフ
トレバーに対して軸方向へ所定量移動可能かつ周
方向へ一体回転可能に組付けた筒状の第1シヤフ
トと、この第1シヤフトの内孔内に液密的かつ摺
動可能に嵌挿され前記シフトレバーに対して軸方
向へ一体移動可能かつ周方向へ所定量回転可能に
組付けた第2シヤフトと、これら両シヤフトを互
いに連結し同シヤフトの相対移動時その移動力に
応じて撓むバネ部材により構成し、前記第1シヤ
フトの中間部外周に前記シリンダ内に液密的かつ
軸方向へ摺動可能に嵌挿され同シリンダ内を軸方
向の2つの油室に区画するピストン部を設けると
ともに、これら両シヤフト間に同シヤフトの相対
移動時作動して前記両油室に対する作動油の給排
を制御する切換弁機構を設けたことを特徴とする
