輌走行時にはアクセルペダルの踏込によりアクセ
ルレバーとは無関係に調速機を操作する一方、作
業機の作動時にはアクセルレバーを枢動させるこ
とによりアクセルペダルとは無関係に調速機を操
作するようになつているが、このような建設車輌
のアクセル装置において、車輌走行用のアクセル
ペダルと調速機との連繋および該調速機と作業機
作動用のアクセルレバーとの連繋は複雑なリンク
機構が採り入れられているため、機械効率が悪い
うえに部品点数が多くて製作および点検、補修に
手数を要し、しかも、急発進、急停車時にエンジ
ンが相対的に移動するとアクセルレバーも動く等
の欠点があつた。

ように取付けられたプーリで、該プーリ6は運転
席に設けられた図示しない車輌走行用のアクセル
ペダルの踏込に伴い前記ガイド部5の案内下に前
方へ移動されるようにアクセルワイヤー7をもつ
てアクセルペダルに連繋されている。8は前記プ
ーリ取付用のブラケツト4とは別にエンジンフー
ド1の天板部内面に頂部を固着させたアクセルレ
バー取付用のブラケツトで、該ブラケツト8には
エンジンフード1に設けた窓孔9を通じて該エン
ジンフード1内に下方部を挿込んだ作業機作動用
のアクセルレバー10の下端が軸11をもつて枢
動自在に取付けられ、また、このアクセルレバー
10の下端方部には前記調速機3のレバー部12
に一端を連結させたワイヤー13の他端が連結さ
れ、このワイヤー13の中間は前記プーリ6に懸
装されている。さらに、エンジンフード1の天板
部内面にはアクセルレバー10を前後に挾んでス
トツパー14,15が取付けられ、前方のストツ
パー14は車輌走行用のアクセルペダルの踏込に
伴いプーリ6が前方へ移動してワイヤー13が前
方に引張られても作業機作動用のアクセルレバー
10の前方への枢動が規制されて該アクセルレバ
ー10がアクセルペダルの操作により作動される
ことがないよにするためのものであり、他方、後
方のストツパー15はアクセルレバー10が必要

トツパー14により前方への枢動が規制された作
業機作動用のアクセルレバー10の下端方部に連
結させてあるワイヤー13の中間が懸装されてい
るから、アクセルペダルの踏込に伴いプーリ6が
前方へ移動するが、前記したようにアクセルレバ
ー10がストツパー14により前方への枢動が規
制されていることによつて該アクセルレバー10
とは無関係に調速機3のレバー部12は枢動さ
れ、従つて、車輌走行時にはアクセルペダルの踏
込を行うと調速機3により調速され、踏込を解く
とレバー部12の復元力によりレバー部12が旧
位置に復帰して調速を止めることとなり、在来の
この種建設車輌のアクセル装置と同様調速機3に
より車輌走行時における所要の調速を行うことが
できるものである。しかして、作業機を作動させ
る場合には、作業機作動用のアクセルレバー10
を図において2点鎖線で示すように後方へ枢動さ
せれば、ガイド部5の後端に常時は中心軸を位置
させているプーリ6は後方へ移動できないために
回動されて該プーリ6に中間を懸装しているワイ
ヤー13は引張られ、このワイヤー13の一端に
連結されている調速機3のレバー部12は前記し
たようにワイヤー13を懸装したプーリ6の前後
位置が変化しないためにアクセルペダルとは無関
係に枢動され、従つて、作業機を作動させる時に
はアクセルレバー10の後方への枢動を行うと調
速機3により調速され、アクセルレバー10を旧
状に復帰させると調速機3のレバー部12が自身
の復元力により旧位置に復帰して調速が止められ
ることとなり、在来のこの種建設車輌のアクセル
装置と同様調速機3により作業機の作動時におけ
る所要の調速を行うことができるものである。し
かも、前記したように車輌走行用のアクセルペダ
ルと調速機3との連繋および該調速機3と作業機
作動用のアクセルレバー10との連繋は、ブラケ
ツト4に設けたガイド部5の案内下に前方へ移動
するプーリ6と、該プーリ6に中間を懸装させて
両端を調速機3のレバー部12およびアクセルレ
バー10に連結させたワイヤー13とをもつて行
わせたもので、複雑なリンク機構を使用すること
がないから、機械効率がよいうえに部品点数も少
なくて製作および点検、補修が極めて容易とな
る。さらに、従来の調速機とアクセルレバーとを
リンクにより連繋させたものにおいては、後方へ
の急発進時、前進中の急停車時において車体に対
してフレキシブルに支持されたエンジン2が車体
に対して前方へ相対的に移動すると、アクセルレ
バー10も激しく動かされて危険であるうえ摩耗
や騒音発生の原因となつていたのに対し、本考案
においては調速機3のレバー部12とアクセルレ
バー10とはワイヤー13によつて連繋されてい
るので、上記のように慣性によりエンジン2が移
動した場合にもアクセルレバー10は動くことが
ない。即ち、後方への急発進や前進中の急停車に
よりエンジン2が前方へ動いたときにはワイヤー
13が緩むためにアクセルレバー10に対して何
等荷重は作用せず、アクセルレバー10が動かさ
れることはない。またエンジン2が車体に対して
後方へ移動したときにもワイヤー13の伸びによ
り十分な緩衝作用を得ることができるのである。
