This type of dehydrator needs to effectively suck in a large amount of outside air, and conventionally, blades were installed around the outer circumference of a pole set up inside the dehydrator tank, or blades were installed around the outer periphery of the dehydrator tank. Since it was a centrifugal fan, it was difficult to draw in a large amount of outside air from the top to the bottom of the dehydration tank.

In view of this, the present invention is capable of sucking in a large amount of outside air from the upper part of the tank to the lower part by providing an axial flow fan on the presser lid. At the same time, a pole is erected in the center of the tank to form a cavity around the pole by centrifugal force, while the fan is formed around the center of the holding lid to face the cavity;
This allows the inhaled outside air to flow down into the cavity for effective air supply. Furthermore, when rinsing with water, a water inlet is formed on the outer periphery of the fan of the presser lid.
The rinsing water is allowed to flow down onto the clothing avoiding the cavity, allowing the rinsing water to effectively penetrate into the clothing.

A plurality of the above-mentioned water holes are formed around the entire circumference of the lid, and the edges of the openings are bordered with ribs, so that the rinsing water is once stored on the lid and allowed to flow down while overflowing the ribs, thereby allowing the rinsing water to flow through the lid. The water can flow down uniformly from each water port, and uneven rinsing can be reduced.

Here, the upper surface plate 7 has shaft supports 1 on both rear sides.
5 and 15 to form a bulge, and this pivot support 1
Between 5 and 15 and in the vicinity, there is a first step portion 16, 1
6. The first engaging portions 17, 17 are slightly recessed, the second step portions 18, 18, the second engaging portion 19 is a horizontal recess,
19 are continuously formed in order from the rear to the front. On the other hand, the inner cover 8 is rotatably supported on both sides of the rear end by the above-mentioned shaft supports 15, 15, and the above-mentioned first and second
Projecting pieces 20, 20 are provided integrally with the stepped portion and the first and second engaging portions 16 to 19 within the rotation locus. Therefore, when the inner cover 8 is rotated to open it, the protrusions 20, 20 are rotated at an angle of approximately 50 degrees to the first step portions 16, 1.
6, get over it while making a dent, and reach the first position at about 70 degrees.
It fits into the engaging portions 17, 17 and is held in this 70 degree open state. After this, the engagement pieces 20, 20 can be further rotated, and immediately after the rotation, the second step portion 1
8 and 18, it rides over while being recessed, fits into the second engaging portions 19 and 19 at 90 degrees, and is held in the open state at 90 degrees. First and second engaging parts 17, 17, 1
9 and 19 are held by simply fitting the projecting pieces 20 and 20, but in order to strengthen this holding force, the projecting pieces 20 and 20 may be constantly pressed upward.

The degree of opening of the inner lid 8 is selected to be 70 degrees or 90 degrees depending on the conditions of use. That is, when the dryer 2 is combined as in this embodiment, it is not possible to provide a large distance between the dryer 2 and the washing machine 1 for the benefit of the user.
Inevitably, ``70 degree opening'' is used. Also, when the dryer 2 is not connected, it can be opened 90 degrees as in the conventional case.

The inner lid 8 has a central portion recessed downward to the clothing outlet 6, and this recess 21 is provided with multiple annular air intake holes 22. Further, the outer cover 9 has an opening 23 in the center and faces the inner cover 8 with a slight gap t of 3 mm or less, and a bowl-shaped transparent plate 24 made of a hard material that overlaps the recess 21 is inserted into the opening 23. is installed. This transparent plate 24 has air intake holes 25 radially...
has been established. The above gap t has an inner cover 8 and an outer cover 9.
The auxiliary elastic material used in conventional packaging is omitted. That is, if the lids are closed during transportation, the inner and outer lids 8 and 9 will almost touch each other, so the outer lid 9
Simply pressing from the outside will prevent looseness between the two. Also, since the transparent plate 24 is concave in the shape of a bowl,
Even if something is placed on the outer cover 9, it will not be damaged and can maintain its transparency, and since it is a separate member from the outer cover 9, it can be made of a hard material to prevent scratches.

Incidentally, since the gap t is extremely small, when the axial flow fan 37, which will be described later, is driven, it is possible to greatly reduce the amount of cabin air that is taken in from this gap. Aircraft cabin air is often highly humid and smells, so you don't want your clothes to come into contact with it.

Reference numeral 31 denotes a presser lid fitted to the upper opening of the dehydration tank 5, whose central portion is placed on or closely opposed to the upper end of the pole 27, and in which the inlet 29 is connected to the central portion.
A round hole 32 is provided opposite to. Reference numeral 33 denotes an annular inner rib deeply formed around the central portion and surrounding the upper end of the pole 27. 34 is a deep outer rib formed in an annular shape concentric with the inner rib 33 at a predetermined interval, and an axial flow fan is formed by continuously forming through holes 35 and small blades 36 between the inner rib 34 and the inner rib 34. 37 is formed. 38 are water holes provided radially around the outer periphery of the axial flow fan 37, the edges of which are bordered by shallow ribs 39. Reference numeral 40 denotes a fitting belt integrally formed on the outer periphery of the presser lid 31, which fits tightly against the inner surface of the dehydration tank 5 when the presser lid 31 is fitted.
This strengthens the adhesion of No. 1.

When rinsing is performed in the dehydration tank 5, water is continuously injected from the water inlet 13 and the dehydration tank 5 is rotated. This rotation may be intermittent, and water may be poured only when the rotation is interrupted. The water is once stored on the presser lid 31, and the water that overflows the ribs 39 flows down from each water passage port 38 onto the clothing W, so that it flows down uniformly over the entire garment. or,
A portion flows down into the cavity 41 formed around the pole by centrifugal action and enters the lower part. Water outlet 3
8... was placed around the lid, avoiding the top of the cavity.
This is because if water is injected only into the cavity 41, the injected water will be difficult to penetrate into the upper part of the clothing W, resulting in a lot of waste. During this time, the water injection status etc. can be checked using the transparent plate 24.
and can be confirmed from the outside via the inner lid 8. In this way, the water that has entered the clothes W dilutes the detergent and then flows out from the dehydration holes 12 to the water receiving tank 4, from which it is discharged as appropriate.

For final dehydration, water injection is stopped and the dehydration tank 5 is continuously rotated. Then, the axial flow fan 37 of the presser cover 31 sucks outside air from the intake holes 22..., 25..., and since it is located above the top cavity 41, the air flows down into the cavity 41, and the clothes W through and toward the dehydration hole 12. Furthermore, since the pole 27 has a polygonal outer shape, it also functions as a centrifugal fan, sucking in outside air through the round hole 32 and the inlet 29 and discharging it through the through holes 28 to the outer clothing. Furthermore, the blades 30... also serve as centrifugal fans, allowing the wind to flow down at the lower part and pass through the lower part of the clothing W as well. In this way, the clothes W are centrifugally dehydrated and the moisture is evaporated by the wind. Therefore, the dehydration rate is improved.

As described above, in the dehydrator according to the present invention, since the axial fan and the water inlet are integrally formed on the presser lid, the rinsing water can effectively penetrate into the clothes when rinsing with water, and when dehydrating the clothes. It is possible to improve the dehydration rate by drawing in a large amount of outside air.
