筒を高速回転させて洗剤分を希釈する、いわゆる脱水す
すぎ方式がある。

き孔aをふさいでしまい、脱氷籠内の被洗濯物を充分湿
潤できず、又、多量の無駄水をだしてしまうという欠点
があった。

生じるため、給水量が多い場合でも、この凹部が注水さ
れた水を溜めておく複数列のポケット部になり、これら
複数列のポケット部に溜められた水は抜き孔を通して前
記空間に無駄水を発生させることなく、均等に注水され
ることになり、その結果、洗濯物の湿潤が良好になされ
るため、節水効果が得られるとともに、経済的に脱水す
すぎを行うことができる。
