Description
第１図は、この考案による歯車加工用治具を示
す図、第２図は、ホブ盤主軸に歯車加工用治具を
取付けた状態を示す図、第３図は従来の歯車加工
状態を示す図であり、１はホブ盤の主軸、２は歯
車素材、３はフランジ、４はマンドレル、５はベ
アリング押え具、６はスラストベアリング、７は
押え板、８は圧縮コイルバネである。なお図中同
一あるいは、相当部分は同一符号を付して示して
ある。

Claims (1)
- 歯車加工に使用する、歯車加工用治具において
ホブ盤の主軸に取付けられ、上記ホブ盤の主軸と
マンドレルに取付けられた歯車素材との回転をス
ムーズにするためのスラストベアリングを保持す
る、ベアリング押え具と、上記スラストベアリン
グと歯車素材との間に圧縮コイルバネを有し、こ
の圧縮コイルバネのバネ力により上記歯車素材を
上記マンドレル側のフランジに押付け固定する押
え板とを具備したことを特徴とする、歯車加工用
治具。
