の5―5線に沿う主軸台組立体の端面図、第6図
は第3図の6―6線に沿う心押台組立体の端面図
、第7図は第6図の7―7線に沿う心押台組立体
の断面図、第8図は本考案の装置を更に説明する
ための主軸台組立体及び心押台組立体の動作及び
同期状態をフローチヤートの形態で示すブロツク

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 機械加工作業において回転軸22,122を中
    心とするピストン10,110などのワークの回
    転の前に上記ワークの位置決め及び締め付けを行
    うための装置であつて、上記装置が、回転軸を中
    心として角度的に間隔を隔てた非同一直線上の複
    数の接点において第1の方向でワークの第1表面
    に第1の軸方向力を及ぼすための第1組の軸方向
    に延びる複数の部材46,48;146,148
    と、非同一直線上の複数の接点において第1方向
    と逆の第2方向にワークの第2表面に第2の軸方
    向力を及ぼすための第2組の軸方向に延びる複数
    の部材30,130とを備え、第1及び第2の組
    の部材が共に作用してそれらの間にワークを少な
    くとも部分的に締め付けるようになつている装置
    において: 第1組の軸方向に延びる部材が、2個の位置決
    め部材46,146と2個の釣合位置決め部材4
    8,148とを含み、第2組の軸方向に延びる部
    材が、第1組の軸方向に延びる部材の位置決め部
    材46,48;146,148とは直接的に反対
    側に位置する4個の釣合駆動部材30,130を
    含み、更に装置が、上記第1組の部材の対構造の
    釣合部材48,148により及ぼされる軸方向力
    を釣り合わすための釣合手段50,150を含み
    、それにより、2個の位置決め部材46,146
    と2個の釣合位置決め部材48,148が3個の
    非同一直線上の接点を実質的に形成し、ワークの
    第1表面上の位置決め平面が3個の非同一直線上
    の接点により形成されるようにしたことを特徴と
    するワークの位置決め締付装置。
