Claims (1)
ーがそれらの間に位置するストラツトによつて内
周側から支えられる形式のドラムブレーキにおい
て、該ブレーキシユーの一方にピンにより回動可
能に取り付けられかつ前記ストラツトの一端と係
合させられたアジヤストレバーと、前記一方のブ
レーキシユーに回動可能に取り付けられて該アジ
ヤストレバーの先端部に形成された係合歯と係合
し、該アジヤストレバーのシユー間隙拡大方向の
回動は阻止するがシユー間隙縮小方向の回動は許
容するアジヤストラツチとを備え、前記ブレーキ
シユーのシユー間隙を自動調節するシユー間隙自
動調節装置であつて、 前記アジヤストレバーの係合歯を前記ピンの軸
心を中心とする第1円弧に略沿つて複数形成する
一方、前記アジヤストラツチに、上記係合歯と係
合させるための係合歯を該第1弧と同等以上の曲
率半径を有する第2円弧に略沿つて形成し、且つ
前記ストラツトを通じて最大入力が加えられたと
きに、該第1円弧の中心と該第2円弧の中心とが
一致するようにあるいは該第1円弧の中心と該第
2円弧の中心とを結ぶ直線が前記アジヤストラツ
チに形成された係合歯を通過するように該第2円
弧の中心を決定したことを特徴とするドラムブレ
