方向に駆動せしめ、該従動部材のリフト量が、ス
ロツトル弁の開度が最大アイドル開度に等しいか
又は最大アイドル開度よりわずかに大きい第1開
度より小さい範囲では零となり、スロツトル弁の
開度が前記第1開度と該第1開度よりも大きい第
2開度との間の範囲ではスロツトル弁の開度に応
じて増加され、スロツトル弁の開度が前記第2開
度より大きい範囲では前記第1開度と前記第2開
度との間の増加の割合よりも小さい割合で増加さ
