Either positive and negative air pressure is applied alternately to blow away the dust accumulated on the contaminated air side of the fabric filter; alternatively, only positive air pressure is applied from the clean air side of the bag-like fabric filter. Pulsed air pressure was supplied using a device separate from the filter, and dust accumulated on the contaminated air side was brushed off.

First, -room t! The filtration operation is stopped, only this filter chamber is cleaned, and the operation is restarted when cleaning is completed. At the same time, the temporary operation of the next filter chamber is stopped and cleaning is performed, so one part of the dust collector is cleaned. The filtration area is always lost by one chamber, and in order to compensate for the filtration surface equivalent to this lost filtration area, one chamber is usually added outside to obtain the specified filtration area. It's a means.

The spring vibrates instantaneously, striking the filter member, causing a sudden vibration, and the filter member flutters instantaneously, resulting in contamination of the filter member. This is to brush off the dust that has accumulated on the air side.

The frame 1 of this filter body is made of a tube, which is bent into a U-shape, and one end of the upper end is fitted with a filter. It is fixed by welding to the upper part of the body fixing plate 4, and an internally threaded coupling 14 is welded to the other end of the lower part passing through the fixing plate 4. Flank bars 13 and 13'' are installed on the opposite side of the frame 1 to reinforce the frame 1 and serve as fixing plates for the springs 3, and a plurality of springs 3 are installed between the flanges and bars 13 and 13'. It's authentic.

5 to 7 kglci) is the air supply I shown in FIG.
In FIG. 4, air flows in from the air supply port 18, passes through the small hole 19 from part B, and flows into part A, which is connected to pilot solenoid valve 9 by a conduit 20.
Since the valve 22 of the pilot valve 9 is closed by the spring 21, the pressure in the B, A, and A' parts becomes equal, and the diaphragm 23 is pushed down by the pressure, closing the valve 24. Therefore, air is not supplied to the frame 1, but when a pulse signal from the timer momentarily flows through the conductor 25, the electromagnetic coil 26 is momentarily excited and the movable core 27 is attracted, which causes the valve 22 to open. A,
Since the high-pressure air in section A' is injected into the atmosphere from the exhaust port 28, the pressure in section B becomes higher than that in section A. This pressure momentarily pushes up the diaphragm 23, and the high-pressure air is released from the valve 249! The air is supplied to the frame 1 as instantaneous pulsed air and is injected from the air injection section to the clean air side of the filter.

The spring 3 is made to vibrate in an instantaneous impact, and the bag-shaped fabric filtering member 2 is instantaneously stamped, giving a ma-like torsional vibration. It can remove dust extremely effectively.

Three pieces per hit is appropriate. In addition, a rubber stopper 7 is fitted into the tube near the bent portion at the bottom of the frame 1 shown in FIG. By doing so, multiple filter bodies can be cleaned using one diaphragm valve 8 and one pilot solenoid valve 9, as shown in FIG. can.

Since the work can be done easily and quickly, not only does cleaning work not reduce temporary operating efficiency, but also the configuration required for cleaning work is extremely simple and streamlined, making it easy to use both in terms of configuration and operation. This can save labor.
