(b) Prior Art Conventionally, the cleaning means of a cleaning device using a bag-like fabric over member usually alternately applies positive and negative air pressure from one side of a bag-like cloth over member with a large number of spring spacers disposed inside the overflow chamber. Alternatively, only positive air pressure can be pulsed from the clean air side of the bag-like fabric lining by a device separate from the sieve, thereby blowing away dust accumulated on the contaminated air side of the fabric lining. It was supplied as air pressure to blow away the dust that had accumulated on the contaminated air side.

(c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention The conventional cleaning means described above cleans the over-chambers in sequence when cleaning over-bodies disposed in a large number of over-chambers, so first, only one chamber is over-operated. The excess area of the dust collector is always the same as that of one room. In order to compensate for the excess area corresponding to this lost area, the usual means was to add a room outside to obtain a predetermined excess area.

In addition, in order to apply positive and negative air pressure alternately during cleaning, various equipment such as installing ducts and using switching dampers is required. This is extremely uneconomical since it is necessary to form a large overchamber and a partition wall between the overchambers is also required.

(d) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned viewpoints, and provides an open end of a frame of a filter body formed by bending a tube into a U-shape in a bag filter type dust collector. A flat bar is stretched between each part and the closed end on the opposite side, a plurality of springs are stretched between the flat bars, and one end of the open end of the frame is closed and fixed with a filter fixing plate, A bag-like fabric filtration member is constructed by forming a plurality of holes on the clean air side of the frame portion on the other end side to serve as an air injection portion, and on the other end portion, a pulse air pressure supply device is attached through the fixing plate. The purpose is to provide a cleaning device.

(E) Effect By instantaneously supplying high-pressure air from the pulse air pressure supply device to the frame and instantaneously injecting the high-pressure air into the inside of the bag-like fabric over-member from the air injection part, the over-member The spring inside the holder vibrates instantaneously, striking the holder member, giving an impulsive vibration, and the holder member flutters instantaneously, causing the air member to move towards the contaminated air side of the holder member. This is to brush off the accumulated dust.

The overbody shown in FIG. 1 according to the present invention is fitted into the elongated hole 11 of the overbody mounting wall 12 of the dust collector and fixed with bolts, but the frame 1 of this overbody is made of a tube. It is bent into a U-shape, and one end of its upper part is welded and fixed to the upper part of the overbody fixing plate 4, and the other end of the lower part is welded and attached to the coupling 14 which penetrates the fixing plate 4 and is internally threaded. There is. Reinforcement of the frame 1 and spring 3 are provided on the open side of the frame 1 and the opposite side, respectively.
Flat bars 13 and 13' are attached to serve as fixing plates, respectively, and a plurality of springs 3 are stretched between the flat bars 13 and 13'.

Since the frame 1 is made of a tube, it is possible to pass fluid through the interior, so by drilling a plurality of holes 30 in the lower part of the frame 1 and attaching nozzles there as necessary, the frame 1 can be cleaned. Part of the device configuration is shared.

A nozzle 6 is attached to each hole 30 to form an air header, and a diaphragm valve 8 is installed to generate an impactful air pulse at the open end of the frame 1, and an air bleed pilot is installed to operate the nozzle 6. Attach the solenoid valve 9 and connect the piping as shown in FIG.

High-pressure air (5 to 7 kg/cm 2 ) from the compressor is supplied to the diaphragm valve 8 from the air supply pipe 10 shown in FIG. 3, and in FIG. It passes through the hole 19, flows into the A part, reaches the A' part of the pilot solenoid valve 9 connected by the conduit 20, and the pilot valve 9
Since the valve 22 is closed by the spring 21, the pressure in the B, A, and A′ parts becomes equal momentarily.
Since the diaphragm 23 is pushed down by the pressure and closes the valve 24, no air is supplied to the frame 1, but when a pulse signal from the timer momentarily flows through the conductor 25, the electromagnetic coil 26 is momentarily excited. The movable core 27 is sucked in, which opens the valve 22, and the high-pressure air in parts A and A' is injected into the atmosphere from the exhaust port 28, so part B has a higher pressure than part A, and this pressure causes the diaphragm to close. 23 is momentarily pushed up, the high-pressure air passes through the valve 24, is momentarily supplied to the frame 1 as pulsed air, and is injected from the air injection section to the clean air side of the overbody.

Since the signal from the timer to the conductor 25 is instantaneous and a pulse signal of 0.04 to 0.36 seconds, it is quite shocking, so the air pressure supplied instantaneously is applied to the spring shown in Figure 1. 3 instantaneously impactively vibrates and instantaneously hits the bag-shaped fabric over member 2 to give impulsive vibrations, and the bag-like cloth over member 2 causes instantaneous impact flapping, which is extremely effective. It can be used to remove dust.

Next, regarding the number of injection nozzles 6 to be attached, three per meter of frame length is appropriate. In addition, a rubber plug 7 is installed in the tube near the bent portion at the bottom of the frame 1 in FIG.
is inserted and arranged to reduce the transmission space of the impact air pressure in the frame so that air can be effectively injected into the inside of the bag-like fabric over member. As shown in the figure, a plurality of overbodies can be washed by one diaphragm valve 8 and one pilot solenoid valve 9.

Next, FIG. 2A shows the case where a hole is simply made in the frame 1, and the effective hole diameter is d 1 =8 to 10 mm.
Figure 2B shows a nozzle in the shape of a hanging peg, and an effective nozzle inner diameter of 4 to 10 mm is effective. FIG. 2C shows an example of a nozzle having a curve opposite to that of a hanging spigot, and an effective nozzle inner diameter of 4 to 10 mm is similar to the hanging spigot shape nozzle.

(G) Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention instantly sprays high-pressure air from the frame constituting the overbody into the inside of the overbody bag-like fabric overmember to blow away dust. Since the work can be done easily and quickly, not only does cleaning work not reduce over-operation efficiency, but also the configuration required for cleaning work is extremely simple and streamlined, making it easy to use both in terms of configuration and operation. This can save labor.
