(Means for solving the problem) This invention has a through hole in the side wall or bottom plate of the water tank! Set this up! It is sealed watertightly with a transparent plate, and the transparent plate is shielded from external light with a cover.Separately, when the contamination level of the same-shaped inner wall reaches the permissible limit, the dirt level of the same-type transparent plate installed at the same position is checked. The inner wall of the aquarium is characterized in that it is prepared in advance as a photograph or diagram, and at the time of inspection, it is judged whether or not cleaning of the inside of the tank is necessary by comparing the degree of dirt on the inner surface of the transparent plate excluding the cover with the photograph or diagram. This is a method for checking the degree of contamination of a water tank, and also includes a transparent plate that watertightly closes the through hole in the side wall or bottom plate of the water tank, a cover that blocks external light from the transparent plate, and a contamination level of the inner wall of the same water tank that has reached the permissible limit. At the same time, a photo or diagram for determining the necessity of cleaning showing the level of dirt on the inner surface of the same transparent plate installed at the same location, and a cleaning agent attached to the tip of the operating shaft that penetrates the transparent plate in a watertight manner so as to wipe the inner surface of the transparent plate. This is an apparatus for inspecting the degree of contamination of the inner wall of an aquarium, which is characterized by comprising a wiping piece and a wiping piece.

(Function) In this invention, the degree of contamination of the inner wall of a water storage tank can be determined by looking into it from above the water surface, or by dropping water and entering the tank.
By rejecting the conventional wisdom that it depends on the situation, we have made it possible to directly check the degree of contamination on the inner surface of the transparent plate by attaching a transparent plate to the location on the inner wall where the degree of contamination is to be checked.

As a method of determining whether or not cleaning is necessary based on the level of dirt, it eliminates individual differences in judgment, and even if there is a difference in the ease of contamination between the inner wall and the transparent plate. A photograph or diagram of the allowable level of contamination of the transparent plate was prepared and compared with this to make a judgment.

If you create a transparent part on the inner wall, outside light will come in and bacteria will grow inside the tank!
To avoid this problem, we cover it to block out external light and maintain the same conditions as normal interior walls.

To carry out the inspection method of this invention, it is sufficient to watertightly block 3 through holes with the transparent plate /α and block 1 liter of external light with the cover /b. /α
An operating shaft 4 equipped with five cleaning pieces for cleaning the inner surface of the machine is added. That is, a hole is made in the transparent plate lα, a socket 9 is passed through the hole, and it is fixed with a tightening nut IO, and kept watertight with a gasket 6α. And this socket)? Slide the large diameter part l of the operating shaft d inward and keep it watertight with the cap nut // and packing tb. There is a rubber cleaning piece on the tip of the operating shaft! The arm with which it is attached is fixed with a double nut saw, and the double nut l fitted on the operating shaft DA and the washer are used to push the bag nut //1 so that the wiping piece 5 lightly presses the inner surface of the transparent plate/α. I'm letting you do it. A handle holder α is attached to the outer end of the operating shaft DA.

In this embodiment, the two inspection devices are built into the side walls, respectively, so that a water storage tank with inspection devices can be easily completed by transporting it to the site and assembling it. During assembly work, be careful not to soil the transparent plate/a'%l, and wipe it clean if it becomes dirty. The reason why the wiping mechanism for the transparent plate ia was added in this embodiment is not to use it for initial wiping.

The stains on the side walls and the inner surface of the transparent plate ia of this invention are mainly dead bacteria, etc. that adhere as keloid mucous membranes, but it is often said that the dead bodies of cockroaches, spiders, etc. sink to the bottom of the tank. If the transparent plate is still slightly dirty (
However, the inside of the tank must be cleaned. In such a case,
This embodiment is useful in that a portion of the transparent plate lα is wiped, light is emitted, and the entire bottom is examined. .

Since only a part of the transparent plate/α is cleaned and the stains on other parts are not touched, the cleaning inspection can be repeated as many times as necessary until the stains on the other parts become equal to the sample.

The method for creating sample photos and diagrams is generally to fill a test tank with the same shape as the new water tank to be delivered and constructed, with a transparent plate of the same quality attached at the same position, and to place water on the inner wall at regular intervals under the same conditions as the actual tank. Check dirt y2.

This is an important experiment in which samples are photographed, so when investigating, not only do you open the cover of the transparent viewing window and check the illumination, but you also insert a stick through the manhole above and use the tip of the stick to probe the bottom of the tank. Using currently known techniques such as stirring up dirt from the tank, scooping it out with a metal sponge attached to the tip of a rod, weighing the dirt, and performing microscopic examination, the inside of the tank must be fully utilized. Find out when acceptable limits of contamination have been reached.

Then, the inner surface of the transparent plate at that time is photographed using a floodlight, or a sample is prepared as a precise sketch. This sample cannot be attached as a drawing, but as mentioned above, it is cloudy like a keloid.

(Effects of the Invention) This invention opens the door to actually visually inspecting the inner wall contamination level of a water storage tank that is constantly filled with water. In other words, we made a through hole at the location where we wanted to inspect the water tank, kept it watertight with a transparent plate, and blocked out external light with a cover, making the condition the same as if the through hole had not been opened. The level of dirt on the inside of the transparent plate can be seen with the naked eye.

Then, we prepare a sample photo or diagram of the degree of dirt on the inside of the transparent plate when the degree of inner wall contamination reaches the allowable limit, and compare it with this to determine whether cleaning is necessary, so there is room for individual differences in the judgment. (Also, the difference between the inner wall and the transparent plate is not a problem.

In addition, the inspection device of the present invention allows the inner surface of the transparent plate to be partially or completely wiped by passing the operating shaft through the transparent plate itself and rotating the wiping piece at the tip.
In addition to carrying out the above inspection method, it is also possible to inspect other parts of the tank by projecting light onto the cleaning section.

With this invention, water tank managers can easily check the level of contamination inside the tank with their own eyes and judge whether cleaning is necessary or not by comparing it with sample photos and diagrams. The technical effect of being able to check the contamination level of water at any time and the sanitary effect on water users are extremely large.
