成してなるマイクロ波ミキサにおいて、前記ダイ
オードを前記伝送線路の一端部に接続し、前記高
周波信号入力回路を前記伝送線路の他端部に接続
し、かつ、前記局部発振信号入力回路の帯域通過
ろ波器のフインガーを前記伝送線路の前記ダイオ
ードの接続部に対応して接続して、前記フインガ
ーを高周波信号に対するインピーダンス整合を兼
用するように構成したことを特徴とするマイクロ
波ミキサ。 (2) 前記局部発振信号入力回路における帯域通
過ろ波器のフインガは前記高周波信号入力回路の
インピーダンスが局部発振周波数に対して開放と
なるように前記伝送線路に接続されることを特徴
