Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は食料品などの包装に使用する竹の皮、
樹皮包装材に関するものである。

近時、食料品を竹の皮などで包装したくとも、
天然材を入手しがたく、又経済的にも大変高価な
ものにつくため、このような包装を行えなくなつ
ている。

本考案は安価に容易に竹の皮包みの包装を行え
るようにするものである。即ち竹の皮などの樹皮
模様を印刷した紙及び又はプラスチツクフイルム
の間に、縦縞模様に沿つて、任意の間隔で複数本
の金属線を設け、接着剤層を介して前記紙及び又
はフイルムを貼り合せたことを特徴とする樹皮様
包装材であるため、表面に凹凸の陰影のある竹の
皮の趣があり、かつ防水性に富んだ使い易い包装
材であつて、しかも天然のものにない、長尺で任
意の幅のものを得ることができる。

られているため竹の皮などの繊維の手ざわり感
や、竹の皮の表面の陰影が生じ、いかにも竹の皮
としてのフイーリングが得られるのである。

しかも、シートとしての腰や、横方向に折りぐ
せをつけ安い利点がある。なお金属線の太さは
0.3〜0.6ｍ／ｍΦが最も好ましく、細いものを10
cm幅で５〜10本配する時最も竹の皮らしくなる。
本考案に於て接着剤層として特別のものを使用す
る必要はなく、PEなどの熱融着性の樹脂をラミ
ネートしたものや酢酸ビニル系、アクリル系の接
着剤を適宜使用すればよい。

ができるが、より引裂性をよくするため延伸フイ
ルムを用いたり、ミシン目を入れることが好まし
い。

Claims (1)
- 樹皮印刷した紙及び又はプラスチツクフイルム
間に、縦縞模様に沿つて任意の間隔で複数本の金
属線を設け、接着剤層を介して、前記紙及び又は
フイルムと貼り合せたことを特徴とする樹皮様包
装材。
