定の厚みに配設したことを特徴とする電子消音器
用センサマイクロフオン。 (2) 前記多孔質材料として、ウレタンフオーム
を用いることを特徴とする実用新案答録請求の範
囲第(1)項に記載の電子消音器用センサマイクロ
フオン。 (3) 前記多孔質材料の外周に、消音対象騒音波
長の1/4波長に比して十分に短い径及び長さの
管を前記マイクロフオンに対し同軸に配設したこ
