示す図である。第7図はこの実施例の送波感度の
周波数特性を示す図である。第8図はこの実施例
の受波感度の周波数を示す図である。第9図は従
来の金属製付加共振子を用いたもののインピーダ
ンス特性を示す図である
図において、10は超音波送受波器、16はバ
イモルフ振動子、18は付加共振子を示す。
