Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ａ、産業上の利用分野 本発明フィルタは、一般理化学用として分析機器に用い
るための極く細径の焼結フィルタに関するものである。
ｂ、従来の技術 従来のこの種フィルタは、通常２〜３　ｍ／ｍ以上の径
のものを使用して居り、それ以下の細径のフィルタを使
用することがなかったが、近時分析機器に用いる必要か
ら、２　ｍ／ｍ以下の微細径のフィルタとして、安定性
の良好なフィルタ効果のものを要望されるに至ったもの
である。
Ｃ０発明が解決しようとする問題点 一般理化学用の分析機器フィルタとして極く細径のもの
はフィルタ効果において安定性を欠くばかりでなく、こ
れが製作にも困難を伴うものであった。
ｄ０問題点を解決するための手段 本発明においては、微細径外周管の内部に、該外周管と
同じ材料の微粒子或いは粉砂状パウダを充填し、この全
形を焼結加工することにより、微粒子或いはパウダ自体
と外周管の接触部とを溶融結合せしめて一体とし、フィ
ルタ効果を良好に保ち得るようにしたものである。
０９作用 本発明における微細径フィルタは、焼結加工の際に、外
周管を最初から一定長とづるばかりでなく、適宜艮ざの
ものを後から使用面に合わせて切断して使用するように
製作することも可能であるが、外周管と同材料の微粒子
を外周管の内部に充填した状態で全形を焼結するので、
微細径の外周管と内部の同効微粒子は管内において一体
的に溶融して結合するが、管の軸方向に通気性を維持す
るのでフィルタ効果を保ち、如何に細径と碓ｂ、使用機
器としてその用途に適う作用を呈するものでおる。
ｆ、実施例 第１図に示すように、極く細径の外周管１の内部に、外
周管１と同じ材種の微粒子或いはパウダ２を充填する。
例えば硝子、樹脂、又はスデンレス（金属）を使用する
。前記外周管１に同材料の微粒子２を充填した状態で焼
結加工すると、充填微粒子２自体は勿論、充填微粒子２
と外周管１との接触部においても溶融結合して一体に密
着し、肢管の軸方向への通気性を保つので、極細径であ
りながら、良好なフィルタ効果を保つものである。
０、発明の効果 極く細径の外周管によるフィルタによって、設置機器の
分析操作を良好に保つことかでき、その製作も容易で、
安定したフィルタ効果を有するフィルタを提供すること
ができるもので必る。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 極細径の外周管１の内部に、該外周管と同材料の微粒子
    ２を充填した状態で焼結加工して一体に溶融結合せしめ
    たことを特徴とする極細径の焼結フィルタ。
