Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、二種以上の肥料を施肥現場で所定比
率に配合混和して施肥機に供給する目的の肥料配

従来、畑作の施肥畦立作業においては第7図に
示す如く、畑Aの傍に袋入りの肥料Bを予め配
置して之を手作業で施肥機Cに供給するか、或は
袋入りの肥料BをトラツクDに積んで畑Aの傍
を移動し、荷台から手作業で施肥機Cに供給する
のが普通であり、また異質の肥料を配合する場合
には肥料配合機により異種肥料を一定比率で混合
し之を再び肥料袋に入れて前記,の要領で施
肥機に供給するのであるが、施肥機Cは畑Aを一
往復又は二往復すると肥料を補給する必要があ
り、その都度手作業で供給することは非能率かつ

本考案は、如上の問題点を解決すべくなしたも
ので、水平方向のスクリユーコンベア上に複数の
肥料タンクを配置し、各肥料タンク下部には平底
状の上部ホツパとその裏面に接する同形下向きの
下部ホツパとその下に接する座盤を備え、両ホツ
パ底板には互に対応する落下孔、座盤には流出孔
をそれぞれ設け、何れか一つのホツパと座盤とは
固定し他のホツパは上記落下孔の開閉及び開度を
調節するように回動及び所要位置に固定可能とな
し、上部ホツパ内には撹拌爪、下部ホツパ内には
送り羽根を何れも回転軸によつて回転自在に支持
し、座盤の流出孔には前記スクリユーコンベアに
達する誘導樋を連設し、該スクリユーコンベアの
末端に配合肥料出口を設けて成る肥料配合供給機

設けて之により角パイプ3上に固定支持する。上
記ホツパ5,6の底板には互に対応する落下孔
9,10を設け、座盤7には流出孔11を設ける
と共に同孔からスクリユーコンベア2へ肥料を送
り込む誘導樋12を設け、上部ホツパ5内には撹
拌爪13を、下部ホツパ6内には送り羽根14を
備える。該撹拌爪13はホツパ5,6及び座盤7
の中心に貫通した回転軸15の上端に設けた冠状
体16から水平方向に突出し、送り羽根14は上
記回転軸15に設けた支持体17から放射状に突
出している。上記スクリユーコンベア2は原動機
18からチエン伝動19によつて駆動され肥料は
末端下部の排出口20から排出される。また回転
軸15はスクリユーコンベア2の軸からチエン伝
動19′により回転する中間軸21及び歯車系2

F1,F2を各袋詰で積み、目的の畑の施肥開始地
点に停止し、施肥機Cの肥料タンクに上記供給機
のスクリユーコンベア末端排出口20から樋2
0′を導致し、運搬車E上において各肥料タンク
4にそれぞれ一種ずつの肥料F1,F2を投入し、
流下孔9,10の開度を調整し、スクリユーコン
ベア2、撹拌棒13及び送り羽根14を回転して
肥料を配合し排出口20から樋20′を経て施肥
機Cに供給する。そして施肥機Cは第7図に示す
如く畦立て施肥を行い、運搬車Eは前進して次回
の供給地点に停止し、施肥機Cを待つて前回同様
