列接続するにあたり限流インダクタンスに対し並
列に結合されたMOSFET型トランジスタの構
成ごとに過電流保護用警報ヒユーズを付加すると
共に、ヒユーズ断の警報によつて制御する回路を
付加してスイツチング回路素子の破損拡大を防止
するように構成したことからなる放電加工用電源
