The conventional reamers described above have cutting blades extending all the way to the tip, and these cutting blades have little flexibility. Therefore, if the cutting direction is incorrect, there is a risk of perforating the root canal side wall and steps are likely to occur. Therefore, their use requires a high level of skill and the utmost care at all times.

The root canal also had the same circumferential diameter from the opening to the tip without having a tapered part.

The present invention was devised to solve the above problems, and allows for smooth root canal formation without the risk of perforation or steps in the side wall when enlarging the root canal. The first object of the present invention is to provide a dental reamer that can ideally erect a post in a tooth, etc., without using a dedicated root canal bur (for example, a drill-like bur). .

An object of the present invention is to provide a dental reamer that is fixed to a dental reamer.

The tip of the cutting blade has a curved surface on the side periphery that is approximately an extension of the curve of the cutting blade with a slightly smaller diameter, and the tip is rounded to form a roughly bud shape. It is characterized in that it has a guide portion, and the intermediate shaft portion serves as a shaft with a small diameter that can be broken when an excessive force is applied in the lateral direction.

The dental reamer of the present invention forms an approximately tapered root canal that follows the original root canal path by guiding the cutting blade in the direction of travel using a roughly bud-shaped guide section with a curved surface that is an extension of the curve of the cutting blade, and by curving the thin-diameter intermediate shaft section which absorbs the lateral stress that the cutting blade receives as a result of the guidance of the guide section.

いる。 In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a dental reamer according to the present invention, which is equipped with a substantially bud-shaped guide portion 2 having a rounded tip at its distal end, and a cutting portion at the rear of the guide portion 2. A cutting blade part 3 is continuously formed, the first half of which is formed at an angle of a substantially conical curve so gentle that it can be considered as a tapered shape of about 3 degrees, and the above-mentioned guide is formed in this cutting blade part 3. The portion 2 has a curved surface formed by substantially extending the curve formed by the helical blade 4 of the cutting blade portion 3 on its side periphery, and the helical blade 4 is formed at this switching portion.
The diameter is slightly small so as not to impede the cutting action.

め、根管部から簡単に除去することができる。 In the work of setting up the post 7 at the insert tooth 5 shown in FIG. 2 and the continuation tooth 6 shown in FIG. 3,
In order to absorb the lateral stress that the cutting blade part 3 receives due to the guidance of the guide part 2, the intermediate shaft part 8 at the rear of the cutting blade part 3 is formed to have the smallest diameter. In other words, due to the bending action of this small-diameter intermediate shaft portion 8, a substantially tapered root canal is formed following the original root canal diameter path, and in the unlikely event that unreasonable stress is applied in the lateral direction during the cutting operation. Also, since the intermediate shaft portion 8, which has the smallest diameter, is broken first, it can be easily removed from the root canal.
尚、図中9は柄部であり、所定の回転工具(図

However, with the present invention, it is possible to reduce the lateral stress that the cutting blade receives due to the guiding action of the approximately bud-shaped guide portion having a curved surface formed by approximately extending the curve of the cutting blade, and the guidance of the guide portion. Due to the curving action of the small-diameter absorbing intermediate shaft, when enlarging the root canal, the root canal is formed following the original root canal route, so there is no risk of perforation or steps in the side wall, etc.
In addition to being able to form a root canal in a smooth and ideal approximately tapered shape, the formed root can be easily formed without using a dedicated root canal bur (for example, a drill-shaped bur) when setting up a post for a protruding tooth or a continuous tooth. The tube is formed with a cutting edge that is so gentle that it can be considered to have a tapered shape of about 3 degrees in the first half of the cutting direction, making it possible to ideally erect the post.

が可能となつた。 In other words, the formed root canal has a tapered part, so when cement is attached to the post and inserted into the root canal, excess cement flows out smoothly and completely fills the formed root canal. It is now possible to erect a post while it is securely and firmly fixed in the fitted state.

科用リーマーの提供が可能となつたのである。 In addition, if unreasonable stress occurs in the lateral direction, the intermediate shaft portion formed with the smallest diameter will break preferentially, so it is possible to avoid the risk of making forced cuts into the root canal, and to avoid the risk of breaking. It has now become possible to provide a dental reamer that is extremely safe and useful, as it is also very easy to remove debris (cutting blades).
