Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 送信部に設けた温度検出手段の出力信号を
第１の電圧比較器に加えて強制空冷器を作動し第
１段階の温度保護を行なう第１の温度保護回路と
、 送信出力を検波しその検波出力を直流増幅器に
加えて送信部の出力電力を制御する手段と前記温
度検出手段の出力信号を第２の電圧比較器に加え
、その出力信号を制御抵抗を介して前記直流増幅
器に加えて制御し、第２段階の温度保護を行なう
第２の温度保護回路とを設けたことを特徴とする
無線通信機の温度保護回路。 (2) 制御抵抗として、出力電力を３ｄＢ程度減
少するに必要な抵抗値に設定したものを用いた実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の無線通信機の
温度保護回路。 (3) 制御抵抗として、可変抵抗器を用いた実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の無線通信機の温
度保護回路。
