、かつ一端が大気に開放された空気流入管の他端
側が上記タンクの壁を気密に貫通してタンク内の
液体中に所定長さ挿入された差圧維持装置と、 (b) 一端が空気吸引装置に連結され他端が上記
密閉タンク内の空間部に連通された空気吸引装置
連絡管と、 (c) 一端が上記密閉タンク内の空間部に連通さ
れ、他端が分析部に連結された分析部連絡管と を具備し、空気吸引装置の作動により密閉タンク
内の空間部に負圧を生じさせると共に、この負圧
を分析部連絡管を介して分析部に吸引圧として伝
達するに際し、上記空気流入管の液体中への挿入
長さを所要吸引圧に相応する長さに形成し、タン
ク内の負圧が所要吸引圧より大きくなつた時にタ
ンク外の空気が上記空気流入管を通つてタンク内
に導入されるよう構成したことを特徴とする目づ
