Claims (1)
続された真空装置12と、前記真空チヤンバ1内
に配置された気体透過性の多孔質チユーブ2とを
備え、前記多孔質チユーブ2内に流通する液体中
の溶存ガスを脱気するようにした脱気装置におい
て、前記多孔質チユーブ2の出口側は前記真空チ
ヤンバ1から外部へ導出され出口側パイプ7とな
つて液体の移送ポンプ8へ接続され、更に前記真
空チヤンバ1は開閉手段14を介して大気に連通
され、脱気装置停止に際して前記開閉手段14が
所定期間開作動され、それによつて前記真空チヤ
ンバ1内の圧力を常圧とするようになされたこと
を特徴とする脱気装置。 2 多孔質チユーブ2の少なくとも出口側は接続
部を設けることなく一体的に真空チヤンバ1を貫
通して外部に取出されて出口側パイプ7となり、
その貫通部4はシール具5によつて気密にシール
