Claims (1)
- 液体を収容する容器の外側面に配設され、パル
ス発振器のパルス電圧により振動されて超音波を
発すると共に容器内壁面と液体及び空気との境界
面で反射された音波を受ける振動子を備えた液面
レベル検出ヘツドと、上記振動子で受けた境界面
から反射率出力に基づいて液面のレベルを判定す
る判定演算部と、この判定演算部の出力結果を知
らせる報知表示手段とから成る液面検出装置。
