し、かつ前記ピストン部の他側に吐出用チエツク

エアフイルタを通して大気に連通する排気室を形
成してなり、前記ポンプ駆動軸の回転により前記
作動ピストンを往復動させて前記ポンプ室に生じ
た負圧を前記アクチユエータの負圧源として付与
するバキユームポンプ装置において、前記排気室
内に前記ポンプ駆動軸の回転により駆動する排気
フアンを設けるとともに、前記ポンプハウジング
における前記排気フアンによる排気流に対向する
部位に開口部を設けて同開口部に前記エアフイル
タを配設したことを特徴とするバキユームポンプ
