のケーシングを挾持させモータ室とポンプ室とに
区画し、該モータ室内のケーシングの内周面に固
定子を配線し、固定子に対応してポンプ室まで突
出するシヤフトにかご形回転子が装着され、前記
シヤフトがモータ室を形成する側板とベアリング
ホルダに装着されたベアリングにより回転自在に
支持されたものからなり、前記ベアリングの前後
の室が連通孔を介して連通されていることを特徴
とする気体用回転ポンプ。 A cylindrical casing is sandwiched between a bearing holder having a shaft through hole in the center and side plates located on the left and right sides of the holder to divide it into a motor chamber and a pump chamber, and a stator is mounted on the inner peripheral surface of the casing in the motor chamber.
