Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention provides a metal movable partition wall (hereinafter referred to as a panel) that conventionally required an intermediate reinforcing material to maintain strength, and a panel in which an intermediate reinforcing material is not used. The present invention relates to a panel that uses the developed rock wool board as a filling core and has effects such as nonflammability.

Conventionally, a metal panel outer frame and a filler material such as a paper core or rock wool core were surrounded by metal front and back plates (in the case of panels, if the core material did not blend into the front plate etc. and touched it, it would make a sound). There were problems with the strength of the panels, such as uneven surfaces and uneven shapes. For this reason, the panels required intermediate reinforcement materials in addition to the outer frame.A large number of intermediate reinforcement materials were used to improve the strength of the panels. GJ increases, and it is possible to obtain a stable, flush finish for the top plate, etc. However, the more intermediate reinforcing material is used, the more time and side slopes are required to manufacture the panel, and the more difficult it is to use filler material. It tends to be very distracting.

In order to maintain the strength of the spring and provide the effect of a non-combustible filling material, it is best to make the front and back panels thicker and fill them with something with mass such as plasterboard, concrete, gravel, etc. There are problems with weight, price, and workability.

On the other hand, when looking at fillers, for example, paper cores and glass wool cores are easy to handle because they are made of paper, and as in the case of honeycomb cores,
The honeycomb-like partition faces face perpendicular to the front and back plates, giving it enough strength to warp, but it does not have good flame resistance, sound absorption, or other effects.

The rock wool core is highly nonflammable, heat insulating, and sound absorbing, and the present invention also uses stiffness, but on the surface of the rock wool core that comes into contact with the top plate, the vertical fibers of the rock wool are bundled. They overlap so much that if you press them with your fingers, they will dent. Rock wool koaha is made by arranging the created fibers vertically and bonding them with adhesive to form a plate. Even if two or more layers are stacked together, it directly increases the strength of the panel, just like thickening the cotton of a futon. Therefore, in practice, it is difficult to use two layers.

Recently, there has been a strong demand for large, heavy-duty panels in schools, hospitals, and computer rooms, in order to more strongly demonstrate the excellent characteristics of rock wool. However, due to the above-mentioned constraints, there is a demand for rock wool-filled panels. It can be said that the ability to adapt has reached a plateau.

The inventor of the present invention worked diligently to find a solution, and finally came to the conclusion that there was no new development for rock wool cores for ships, and that by further improving the method, the desired product could be obtained.

That is, recently, as a filling core for ship panels, instead of the longitudinal fibers of rock wool whose top plates are parallel to each other, horizontal short fibers are arranged parallel to each other, and the top plates, etc., are lined at right angles, like honeycomb cores. A medium-thick 5 cm rock wool board was developed to orient the fibers.

The present invention, in collaboration with the inventor of this rock wool board, has solved the above-mentioned limitations of non-combustible panels on land. In other words, the front and back plates have end fittings for connecting with panels and pillars, and by layering rock wool boards with a medium thickness of 5 cm, we succeeded in achieving a maximum medium thickness of 30 am, making it movable. This brings new prospects to noncombustible panels in partitions.

To explain the stiffness using drawings, Fig. 1 shows a conventional Rockwool/LjfAl. The fibers 3 are arranged in parallel in two directions. Cut the stiffness to a width of 5 arn to form a columnar body 4 with an end face of 5 cm square, and cut at right angles to the end face one after another.
As shown by the small arrow 5, the fibers are stacked one after another with their fibers oriented in the same direction and their faces aligned, pressed, and bonded together with an adhesive to form the new rock wool board 7 shown in FIG.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a noncombustible panel 11 of the present invention in which three of the new rock wool boards 7 are vertically filled inside. Figure 4 j is a longitudinal sectional view thereof. The noncombustible panel 11 is made by bending the left and right ends 12.12 of the steel front plate 8 and back plate 9 inward at right angles, and bending the open end portions 13.13 at right angles outward in a cross-sectional shape. The connecting pieces 14.14 facing each other on the back plate 8.9 are formed vertically long, and the upper and lower ends 15.15 of the front plate 8 and the back plate 9 are bent inward twice at right angles to form a backing piece 16.16. The upper and lower ends 15.15 of this noncombustible panel 11 are held between, for example, a ceiling rail or a floor rail (not shown), and the connecting piece 14.
For example, fitting joint connectors (not shown) to 14 and connecting them to each other is the same as the method of connecting panels in other conventional movable partitions. For example, the panel 11 has a width of 5 cm.
, width 30c! This is an example in which three new rock wool boards 7 having I+ and a vertical width of 18 Qam are laid out in a single layer vertically. The sound absorption and impact test data for this noncombustible panel 11 are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, but before explaining the data, the middle thickness (height) of the new rock wool board 7 will be explained.

Next, FIG. 6GL shows the strength of the noncombustible panel 11, which is the same as in FIG. 5. When conducting an impact test using the method shown in the upper picture of FIG. 6, the data graph shown at the bottom was obtained. According to Kone, the strength of the noncombustible panel 11 is truly amazing, and it is clear that there is no problem in terms of strength even if the present invention does not use an intermediate reinforcing material.

Rock Invention G;l, The cutting and pressure bonding of the material 1 are not ingenious and can be done easily, and the stacking and bonding of the columnar bodies 4 and the new rock wool board 7 are easy. As a result of the ingenuity of layered adhesion, which has become easy to manufacture, the conventional panels have been surpassed one after another as non-combustible panels and as general panels.
