Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the washing of the interior of a nozzle and the removal of a cured adhesive, by covering the upper surface of the small width groove forming the adhesive emitting port for emitting the adhesive with a cover body made of a material non-adhesive to the adhesive in a detachable manner. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive nozzle 1 can apply an adhesive to a work widely and linearily at equal intervals by moving an inclined surface 19 rearwardly along the work. After the adhesive is applied, a press plate 33 is removed by loosening screws 36; thereby, a sheet like cover body 10 made of a material non-adhesive to the adhesive, for example, Teflon can be easily detached without being adhered to an upper surface part 7. Therefore, the exposed interiors of a small width groove 6, a transverse groove 21 and a longitudinal groove 29 can be easily washed and, even when the adhesive is cured, the cured adhesive can be easily removed.

(The adhesive nozzle of the present invention has small and medium grooves arranged in parallel on the nozzle base having a wide front edge, which are conductive to the adhesive application gun and open at the front edge, and whose upper surface is exposed. In addition, the upper surface is covered with a removable cover made of a non-adhesive material for the adhesive. It can be applied over a wide area and prevents the adhesive from spilling out or flowing down during bonding, which helps improve and stabilize the adhesive strength. Also, the cover uses a non-adhesive material for the adhesive, so it does not adhere to the nozzle base. This prevents the nozzle from clogging and allows for easy removal, and exposes the upper surface of the small and medium grooves. As a result, cleaning the inside of the nozzle and removing the hardened adhesive are easy and reliable, preventing clogging, and smoothing out the adhesive. This effect can be achieved.
