Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明はカラー熱転写プリンタに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、この種のカラー熱転写プリンタは、顔料・カーボ
ン量等熱特性の異なる種々の色に対し、サーマルへ、ド
に与える印加エネルギは同一となっていた。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
上述した従来のカラー熱転写プリンタは、第２図に示す
様に各色に対して転写に必要な最適エネルギが異り、あ
る色ではエネルギが足りない為、十分な転写が行なわれ
ず、記録がかすれたり、又、他の色ではエネルギが過多
の為記録が流れたり、つぶれたりしてしまうという欠点
がある。
本発明は前記問題点を解消し、印字ムラをなくし印字品
質を向上させるプリンタを提供するものである。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明のカラー熱転写プリンタは、色を認識する機構部
と、各色に合わせてサーマルヘッドに与える印加エネル
ギを最適に制御する制御部とを有することを特徴とする
ものである。
〔実施例〕
次に本発明の一実施例について図を参照して説明する。
第１図において、本発明は、カラーフィルムｌの色ヲフ
ィルムセンサー２で認識し、印加エネルギ制御部３で第
２図の様に各色に合せて、最適印加エネルギを制御して
、サーマルヘッド４に最適印加・ぐルスを与え、インク
フィルム１と記録用紙を送り機構部５で送行させて記録
を行うものである。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明は色毎にサーマルへ７ドに与
える印加エネルギを変化させることにより、単色印字の
色別による印字品質の違いや、重ね合せ色の場合におこ
りやすい印字ムラを無くすことができる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 熱溶融性カラーインクを面順方式に従って塗布したカラ
    ーインクフィルムと、記録紙とを、サーマルヘッドでプ
    ラテンに押し付けた状態で、各色毎に順次記録情報に従
    って選択的にサーマルヘッドの発熱体を通電発熱し、全
    ての色につき一連の記録を行なうカラー熱転写プリンタ
    において、色を認識する機構部と、各色に合わせてサー
    マルヘッドに与える印加エネルギを最適に制御する制御
    部とを有することを特徴とするカラー熱転写プリンタ。
