Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate opening of a package reliably by passing the flexible cover member of shielding the light against a tray table for containing not yet exposed films while laminating through a path when mounting the package onto a picture image recording unit and peeling. CONSTITUTION:The sheet film package 30 is constructed with a tray table 32 for containing predetermined under of not yet exposed films A and a cover member 34 bonded peelably through adhesive to the upper face section 36 to choke the film take-out opening 38 formed near the tip section of the upper face section 36 of the tray table 32. One end section of the cover member 34 is projected to the outside of the tip section of the tray table 32. When mounting such a package 30 onto a picture image recording unit 40, the package 30 is fitted to the openings 44, 46 having the heights H2, H1(H2<H1) to peel the cover member 34 at the border of the openings 44, 46 then lead out through a path 48 to the outside thus to open the opening 38.

By the way, recently, a radiographic image recording and reproducing system has been developed that uses a storage phosphor (stimulable phosphor) to obtain a radiographic image of a subject, and this system is widely used against the medical field as mentioned above. . Here, the storage phosphor refers to radiation (X
When irradiated with rays, alpha rays, beta rays, rklA, electron beams, ultraviolet rays, etc.), part of this radiation energy is accumulated, and later by irradiation with excitation light such as visible light, a brightness corresponding to the accumulated energy is generated. A phosphor that exhibits exhaustion.

Here, when recording a visible image on a recording material, an image recording device, for example, an image output laser printer device is employed. This device stores photographic film, which is a recording material, through a magazine, etc., takes out the film one by one using a sheet dispensing mechanism such as a suction cup, and then collects electrical signals obtained from a stimulable phosphor sheet. A predetermined image is recorded by irradiating the film with laser light based on the following. This film is then conveyed into an automatic developing device, passes through a developing process, and is then accumulated at a predetermined location.

Incidentally, in the image output laser printer device, like the conventional X-ray imaging device described above, when loading the film into the device, external light must not be irradiated on the film. It has become highly desirable to load the film in a normal bright room, and various methods of loading the film in a bright room have been considered. Utsukai Showa 56-5
No. 141 discloses an example of this bright room loading method.

This dedicated magazine must be manufactured strongly so that it can withstand repeated attachment and detachment, and therefore the dedicated magazine itself has a considerable weight. Therefore, a drawback arises in that it is troublesome for the operator to attach and detach the dedicated magazine. Moreover, since the dedicated magazine is provided with a shutter mechanism and the like, it becomes quite expensive. In particular, when using various films of different sizes, it is necessary to prepare a dedicated magazine for each size of film, which significantly increases manufacturing costs and is inconvenient in that it is not economically acceptable in practice. is pointed out.

In this case, the cover member 3 led out from the passage 4
If the operator grasps the end of the cover member 4 and pulls it in the direction opposite to the direction in which the package 30 enters, the peeling operation of the cover member 34 can be made even more smoothly. During this time, since the opening 44 has the same width as the height H2 of the package 30 and extends a predetermined length inside the image recording device 40, the cover member 34 is When the tray is peeled off from the tray 32, light from the outside does not enter into the opening 38 of the tray 32.

In this manner, when the package 30 is advanced in the direction of the arrow, its tip comes into contact with the locking surface 50, and the installation work of the package 30 is completed. At this time, since the locking surface 50 and the front part 42 are separated by the distance H1, the opening 38 of the tray stand 32 can be suitably faced to the chamber 52. Furthermore, the used package 30 can be disposed of, especially if the tray stand 32 is made of an inexpensive resin material, cardboard, or the like. Moreover, when using various films of different sizes, even if packaging bodies corresponding to the films of each size are prepared, the cost will not increase to any significant extent. In addition, when using various films in this way, record the film type, film size, film loft number, etc. on each package in advance with a bar code, magnetic tape, etc., and record them on the image recording device. It is convenient for image recording if the information is read and displayed by a reading means provided in the image recording device when the package is attached.

Therefore, when mounting the package 30 on the image recording device 40a, it is carried out in the same manner as the image recording device 40 described above, but in this second embodiment, the cover member 34 is not led out to the outside. Rather, it is accommodated within the space defined by the partition plate 56.

At this time, since the cover member 34 is guided by the partition plate 56, it does not interfere with the single-fed operation of the suction cup 54a. Note that the used packaging body 30 is transferred to the image recording device 40.
When taking out the tray from the tray a, the tray stand 32 and the cover member 34 may be pulled out integrally in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

In the embodiment described above, the opening 3 is formed in a part of the upper surface 36 of the tray stand 32, but the entire upper surface 36 of the tray stand 32 is left as an opening, and the cover member is peeled off. The film may be fed one by one by opening a portion of the opening.

As described above, according to the present invention, a cover member is removably adhered to a tray stand for storing a plurality of films by closing the film ejection opening, and one end side of the cover member is attached to the tray stand. It is configured to protrude further to the outside. Therefore, when this package is attached to an image recording device, by inserting the cover member and the tray stand into predetermined openings of the image recording device, the cover member is automatically peeled off from the tray stand. It is possible to do so. Therefore, it is possible to load the film in a bright room with an extremely simple structure. Furthermore,
Since the package is directly mounted in the device, there is no need to use a dedicated magazine as in the past, and the device is manufactured at low cost and lightweight, making it possible to more easily load the film.

Although the present invention has been described above with reference to preferred embodiments, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
For example, if the end of the cover member is slightly bent or curved vertically upward, the cover member can be more easily introduced into the passage, etc. Various improvements and design changes may be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. Of course, this is possible.
