上方に前後に摺動自在に設けられた摺動部材２０
に、前記弁１５の操作杆１７を上下動操作する操
作部２２を形成すると共に、前記摺動部材２０の
前部に前記注出口１３の外側に摺動自在に嵌合さ
れた筒状部２１を形成し、栓本体６及び摺動部材
２０をカバー部材２４で覆い、前記摺動部材２０
の一部をカバー部材２４に形成されたスリツト２
５から突出せしめると共に、前記筒状部２１を前
記弁１５が開いた状態においてカバー部材２４の
透孔２７から突出せしめたことを特徴とする、液
