Claims (1)

よつて閉じる弁体１３および前記弁口４との間に
空隙を与える流通部分１４を有し前記弁口４に密
に貫通される弁軸１２が前記栓体１０に設けられ
ており、また前記栓体１０の前記弁軸１２と反対
側に塗布具１５およびその基端部を囲んだ吸液部
