付勢されて、円筒部の前記圧力容器側閉塞部に圧
接しており、前記開閉ロツドには、該ロツドの、
圧力容器内側の一端から所定距離をおいた中途か
ら、開閉ロツドの他端側に向けて、通気道を設け
てあることを特徴とする圧力容器の開閉栓を兼ね
