よる各測定時の波形表示を示す図、第３図は従来
のダイオードチエツク装置として用いるテスタの
ブロツク図、第４図はリレードライブ回路の電気
回路図である。
図中、１は電源、２は抵抗レンジ設定回路、３
はメータ回路、４，５，１３，１４はリード棒、
６はダイオード、７はリレーコイル、８はトラン
ジスタ、９は抵抗、１０は発振回路、１１はレベ
ル設定回路、１２は出力インピーダンス回路、１
５は増幅回路、１６は波形表示回路である。なお
図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して
示してある。

信号を発振する発振回路と、前記交流信号を一定
レベルに設定するレベル設定回路と、前記レベル
設定回路の出力インピーダンスと出力電流を制限
する出力インピーダンス設定回路と、チエツク対
象のダイオードに交流信号を印加し、その交流信
号の変化を検出するリード棒と、前記リード棒が
検出した信号を増幅する増幅回路と、前記増幅回
路の出力信号を波形表示する波形表示回路とを備
